지체장애인의 주거빈곤이 외출과 우울에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지체장애인의 주거빈곤 정도가 다른 장애 유형에 비해 더 높으며 이러한 주거빈곤은 우울과 외출 정도에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 사실에 주목하였다. 주거빈곤과 우울, 외출에 대한 인과관계를 살펴보고 이 관계에 있어 우울을 매개변수로 설정한 모형과 외출 정도를 매개 변수로 설정한 모형을 각각 분석하였다. 매개효과분석 결과, 주거빈곤과 외출의 관계에서 우울은 부분매개효과를 나타낸 반면, 주거빈곤과 우울의 관계에서 외출 정도는 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 지체장애인의 주거빈곤은 외출에 영향을 미쳐 이로 인해 우울을 느끼기 보다는 주거빈곤이 높아질수록 우울에 영향을 미치게 되고 이는 낮은 외출 정도를 보이는 경향이 더 강한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 지체장애인의 주거빈곤과 이로 인한 정신 건강에 대한 전문적인 지원책 마련, 지체장애인의 외출 정도를 높이기 위한 지역사회 차원에서의 다양한 활동과 프로그램의 기회를 확대할 것을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to pay attention to the fact that the degree of housing poverty of people with physical disabilities are higher than that of other types of disability, and that such housing poverty can affect the degree of depression and going out. The causal relationship between housing poverty, depression, and going out was examined, and the model in which depression was set as a parameter and the model in which the degree of outing was set as a parameter were analyzed, respectively. As a result of the mediating effect analysis, depression showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between housing poverty and going out, whereas the degree of going out had no mediating effect in the relationship between housing poverty and depression. Based on this, it was confirmed that the housing poverty of physical disabilities had an effect on going out, so rather than feeling depressed because of this, the higher the housing poverty level, the stronger the tendency to show a low degree of going out. Based on the results of this study, this study has implications for the welfare of the disabled and housing welfare, providing professional support measures for the housing poverty of the physically disabled and the resulting mental health, and It was proposed to expand opportunities for activities and programs.
