국문 초록

연구 목적 본 연구의 목적은 중년기 여성이 겪는 위기감과 심리적 유연성 간의 관계에서 비집착이 유의미한 매개 역할을 하는지 그 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 연구 내용 본 연구는 전국에 거주하는 40세 이상 65세 이하의 중년기 여성 300명을 대상으로 중년기 위기감, 심리적 유연성 그리고 비집착 척도를 사용하여 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 22.0, SPSS PROCESS Macro를 활용하여 분석하였다. 변인 간의 상관성을 확인하기 위해 피어슨 상관분석을 실시하였고, 중년기 위기감과 심리적 유연성 간에 비집착의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결론 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중년기 위기감, 비집착, 심리적 유연성의 상관관계를 분석한 결과는 중년기 위기감은 비집착, 심리적 유연성과 유의한 부적 상관을 보였고, 비집착은 심리적 유연성과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 중년기 여성의 위기감과 심리적 유연성의 관계에서 매개효과를 분석한 결과는 비집착에 의해 부분 매개됨을 알 수 있었다. 위와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 중년기 여성의 위기감이 심리적 유연성에 미치는 영향에서 비집착의 중요성을 규명하였다. 본 연구는 중년기 위기감을 겪고 있는 여성을 위한 불교 기반 상담프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

PURPOSE The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of nonattachment in the relationship between the sense of crisis and psychological flexibility experienced by middle-aged women. CONTENTS To accomplish this an online survey was conducted on mid-life crisis, psychological flexibility, and nonattachment to 300 middle-aged women between the ages of 40 and 65. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 22.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro. The researcher conducted Pearson's correlation analysis was conducted to confirm the correlation between the variables, and regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of nonattachment between mid-life crisis and psychological flexibility. RESULTS First, that midlife crisis showed a significant negative correlation with nonattachment and psychological flexibility and nonattachment showed a significant positive correlation with psychological flexibility. Second, the analysis of the mediating effect on the relationship between mid-life women’s crisis and psychological flexibility showed that it was partially mediated by nonattachment. The importance of nonattachment was identified in the effect of mid-life women's crisis on their psychological flexibility. It is significant that this study provided basic data for the development of a Buddhist-based counseling program for women experiencing a mid-life crisis.
