임금근로 장애인의 사회경제적 지위가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 임금근로 장애인의 사회경제적 지위가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에서 직업능력과 자기효능감의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하여 임금근로 장애인의 직무만족도를 향상시키기 위한 제언을 하고자 하였다. 분석대상은 장애인고용패널조사 2차웨이브 5차조사(2020년 6월∼9월) 데이터 유효 표본수 4,577명 중 임금근로 장애인을 대상으로 결측치를 제거한 1,449명이다. 통계분석을 위하여 SPSS 22.0과 PROCESS macro v.3.5 프로그램 중 모델6을 사용하였다. 직업능력과 자기효능감의 순차적 매개효과를 부트스트래핑 방법으로 유의성을 검증한 결과, 사회경제적 지위가 직무만족도에 미치는 총 간접효과, 사회경제적 지위와 직무만족도의 관계에서 직업능력의 매개효과 (사회경제적 지위→ 직업능력→ 직무만족도), 사회경제적 지위와 직무만족도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과 (사회경제적 지위→ 자기효능감→ 직무만족도), 사회경제적 지위와 직무만족도의 관계에서 직업능력과 자기효능감의 순차적 매개효과 (사회경제적 지위→ 직업능력→ 자기효능감→ 직무만족도)의 순차적 경로가 모두 유의하게 검증되었다. 이를 통하여 사회경제적 지위가 직업능력과 자기효능감을 순차적으로 매개로 하여 직무만족도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구에 기초하여 임금근로 장애인의 직무만족도를 높이기 위한 제언과 후속연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study tried to make suggestions for improving the job satisfaction of wage-working Persons with disabilities by examining the sequential mediating effects of job competency and self-efficacy in the effect of the socioeconomic status of wage-working Persons with disabilities on job satisfaction. The subject of analysis is 1,449 people with missing values for wage-working Persons with Disabilities among 4,577 valid samples of the 2nd wave of the second wave of the panel survey for the disabled (June-September 2020). For statistical analysis, model 6 among SPSS 22.0 and PROCESS macro v.3.5 programs was used. As a result of verifying the significance of the sequential mediating effect of job ability and self-efficacy by the bootstrapping method, the total indirect effect of socioeconomic status on job satisfaction, and the mediating effect of job ability in the relationship between socioeconomic status and job satisfaction (socioeconomic status → job ability → job satisfaction), the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between socioeconomic status and job satisfaction (socioeconomic status → self-efficacy → job satisfaction), and the sequence of job ability and self-efficacy in the relationship between socioeconomic status and job satisfaction All sequential pathways of mediating effects (socioeconomic status → job ability → self-efficacy → job satisfaction) were verified to be statistically significant. Through this, it was confirmed that socioeconomic status affects job satisfaction by sequentially mediating job ability and self-efficacy. Based on this study, suggestions and follow-up studies were proposed to increase the job satisfaction of wage-working Persons with Disabilities.
