국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 의사소통 모래상자를 이용한 가족모래놀이치료가 부적응 아동의 부모-자녀 간 의사소통과 아동의 부적응 행동 및 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 데 있다. 의사소통 모래상자를 이용한 가족모래놀이치료는 서울소재 어린이집의 만 5세 부적응 아동과 부모 두 가족을 대상으로 주 1회 60분씩 총 8회기의 프로그램으로 진행되었다. 의사소통 모래상자를 이용한 가족모래놀이치료의 회기 구성은 친해지기, 나의 가족 표현하기, 나를 표현하고 발견하기, 동적인 가족 표현하기, 무인도에서의 가족, 가족과 소통하기, 사랑하는 가족, 행복한 미래 등의 주제로 구성되었다. 부적응 아동의 부모-자녀 간 의사소통을 분석하기 위해 부모의 의사소통 검사와 담임교사의 아동의 부적응 행동 및 자아존중감 검사 그리고 가족 구성원의 KFD를 사전·사후로 실시하여 분석하였고 모래놀이에서의 가족 역동성과 모래상자의 변화 과정을 탐색하였다. 의사소통 모래상자를 이용한 부적응 아동의 가족모래놀이치료 결과는 첫째, 부모-자녀 간 의사소통이 긍정적으로 변화하였다. 둘째, 가정과 기관에서 아동의 부적응 행동이 감소하는 모습을 보였다. 셋째, 아동들의 자아존중감이 증진되었다. 본 연구는 부적응 아동의 가족을 대상으로 서로의 감정을 표현하는 의사소통과 아동의 부적응 행동 감소 및 자아존중감 증진에 의사소통 모래상자를 이용한 가족모래놀이치료의 효과를 확인하는 계기가 되었으며 아버지가 가족 구성원으로서 가족모래놀이치료에 함께 참여하고 협력했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of family sand play therapy using communication sandboxes on parent-child communication, maladaptive behavior, and self-esteem in maladjusted children. The family sandplay therapy using the communication sandbox was conducted as a program for a total of 8 sessions of 60 minutes once a week for a 5-year-old maladjusted child and two parents at a daycare center I in Seoul. The composition of the session of family sandplay therapy using the communication sandbox is to get acquainted, express my family, express and discover myself, express a dynamic family, family on an uninhabited island, communicate with family, love family, happy future, etc. made up of themes. In order to analyze the parent-child communication of maladjusted children, parent-child communication tests, maladaptive behavior and self-esteem tests of children, the KFD of family members was conducted before and after the analysis, and the family dynamics in sandplay and the change process of the sandbox were explored. The results of this study shows, first, communication between parents and children changed positively. Second, children’s maladaptive behavior was reduced and in particular, they showed a stable social-emotional appearance, Third, self-esteem was improved. This study confirmed the effectiveness of family sand play therapy using communication sandboxes in reducing maladaptive behaviors and promoting self-esteem and communication in expressing each other’s feelings for families of maladjusted children. Also this study is significant in that the father participated and cooperated in family therapy as a family member.
