국문 초록

본 연구는 군 인성교육의 요인 중 책임, 협력, 충성 간의 구조적 관계와 복무기간, 계급, 보직, 만족도에 따른 집단 간의 조절 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구는 수도권 지역의 군 인성교육에 참여 경험이 있는 군 장병 270명의 연구참여자로 진행한 결과, 첫째, 주요변인 간의 상관관계 결과 군 인성교육의 요인인 책임은 협력과 충성에 유의한 상관관계가 확인되었다. 둘째, 군 인성교육에서의 협력은 충성에 유의한 영향 관계가 확인되었다. 셋째, 군 인성의 책임과 충성의 관계에서 협력의 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 군 인성의 책임이 충성에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 협력의 조절 효과를 검증한 결과, 복무기간이 길수록 책임이 협력과 충성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고, 계급 차이에서는 사병보다 간부의 책임이 충성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 보직에 의한 조절 효과는 책임이 높은 보병이 특수병과보다 협력과 충성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 만족도가 높을수록 책임이 협력과 충성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 군 장병들의 충성심의 고취와 군 인성교육의 요인 향상을 위한 기초적인 정보를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to investigate the structural relationship of responsibility, cooperation, and loyalty among the elements of military education and the effect of coordination between groups according to military service period, class, position, and satisfaction. The study was conducted on 274 soldiers who participated in military character education in the Seoul metropolitan area. First, as a result of analyzing the correlation between major variables, the responsibility of military sexual education showed a significant correlation with cooperation and loyalty. Second, cooperation had a great influence on loyalty. Third, it was found that there was an mediating effect of cooperation in the relationship between responsibility and loyalty. Fourth, as a result of investigating the moderating effect of cooperation on loyalty, it was confirmed that the longer the service period, the more responsibility affects cooperation and loyalty, and the more responsibility positively affects the class difference. Loyalty was also found to have an effect on the cooperation and loyalty of infantry with higher responsibility than special forces, and the higher the satisfaction, the more responsibility affects cooperation and loyalty. Based on these research results, it is meaningful to provide basic information to increase soldier loyalty and improve soldier personality education factors.
