상담자의 자기돌봄(self-care) 연구 동향과 관련 변인 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 상담자의 자기돌봄 관련 연구의 국내 연구 동향을 살펴보고 관련 변인을 분석하여 상담자를 위한 직업 환경에 필수적으로 자기돌봄을 적용하기 위한 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 연구의 분석 및 절차 방법은 3차의 선정기준을 통해 총 33편의 문헌들의 특성을 분석하였다. 먼저, 상담자의 자기돌봄 연구의 일반적인 동향을 알아보기 위해서 연도 별 출판방식, 연구대상, 연구방법을 살펴보았다. 또한, 상담자 자기돌봄 측정 도구의 활용도를 함께 파악하였으며, 개인적 돌봄과 전문적 돌봄의 영역별로 관련 변인을 분류하고 특성에 맞게 4개의 요인으로 탐색하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 상담자 자기돌봄 연구는 2014년도 이후로 점진적으로 증가하기 시작한 것으로 나타났다. 연구대상은 특정 대상에 초점을 두지 않은 일반상담자, 연구방법은 양적연구가 주를 이루었다. 둘째, 측정도구는 주로 아동상담자의 자기돌봄 척도가 가장 많이 활용되었다. 셋째, 상담자의 자기돌봄 관련 변인은 총 4개로 분류하였고 이 중, 소진 및 스트레스가 가장 많이 연구되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 상담자 자기돌봄의 필요성과 방향성을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, the research trend of studies on counselors' self-care published in South Korea was examined and related variables were explored. We reviewed the abstracts based on specific criteria: 33 studies met the inclusion criteria. First, publication methods, research subjects, and research methods depending on year were examined to find out the general research trend on counselors' self-care. In addition, the counselor's self-care measurement scales were identified, and each related variable was classified into personal and professional factors. The results of this study are as follows. first, the research on counselors' self-care began to increase gradually since 2014. General counselors were the most common subjects of the study, and quantitative research was the most common research method. Second, regarding the measurement scale, Self-Care Scale for Child Counselors was mainly used. Third, among the variables related to counselors' self-care, burnout and stress have been studied the most. Based on these results, we discussed the implications and direction of the studies on counselors' self-care
