국문 초록

이 연구는 중학생을 위한 진로독서 프로그램이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 중학생을 위한 진로독서 프로그램을 구성하고, J지역 남녀 중학생 46명에게 실시하였다. 통제집단은 같은 학교의 동급생인 남녀 학생 46명이었다. 진로독서 프로그램의 내용은 2015 교육과정의 중학교 진로발달 목표의 대영역에 따라 자아이해, 일과 직업세계의 이해. 진로탐색, 진로디자인과 준비, 삶의 가치관 찾기로 구성하였다. SPSS V.21 프로그램을 이용하여 사전 사후검사의 집단간 차이에 대한 t검증을 실시하였다. 사전검사 결과 실험집단과 통제집단은 진로성숙도에 있어 동질집단이었고, 프로그램 실시 후 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 유의하게 높은 진로성숙도 점수를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 진로독서 프로그램의 시행이 중학생의 진로성숙도에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 의미한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate the effect of a reading program for career development on career maturity of middle school students. To this end, a reading program for middle school students was organized and conducted for 46 male and female middle school students in the J region. The control group consisted of 46 male and female students in the same school. The contents of the reading program for career development were self-understanding, understanding of work and the world of work, career exploration, career design and preparation, and finding value of life according to the 2015 curriculum. Using the SPSS V.21 program, t-test was performed on the difference between groups in the pre-post test. As a result of the pre-test, the experimental group and the control group were homogeneous in career maturity, and after the program was implemented, the experimental group showed a significantly higher career maturity score than the control group. These results indicate that the implementation of the reading program for career development has a positive effect on the career maturity of middle school students.
