가정방문 상담에 관한 문헌 고찰 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 가정방문 상담의 전략을 개발하기 위한 경험적 근거를 마련하고자 서구 문헌 내용을 중심으로 다음과 같은 고찰을 하였다. 첫째, 가정방문 상담은 아동학대 예방뿐만 아니라 문제 행동을 보이는 아동 및 청소년의 가족에게 효과적이며, 상담실에 방문할 수 없는 가족의 참여를 증가시킨다. 둘째, 상담자는 가정방문 상담을 통해 가족에 대한 빠른 정보 수집 및 평가를 할 수 있고 가족의 독특한 측면을 경험할 수 있으며, 가정 내에서 유지되는 문제 행동을 즉각적으로 다룰 수 있는 기회를 가질 수 있다. 셋째, 상담자는 내담자의 문화, 전통, 가치를 존중하는 접근 방식으로 가족의 일부 행동 패턴을 따름으로써 가족과의 치료적 유대감을 촉진할 수 있어야 하며, 가정에서의 우연한 사건을 인식하고 치료적으로 활용할 수 있을 만큼 유연하고 창의적인 태도가 필요하다. 본 연구는 성공적인 가정방문 상담 전략개발을 위한 이론적 기초를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

In this study, the following considerations were made, focusing on the contents of Western literature, in order to prepare an empirical basis for developing an in-home counseling strategy. First, in-home counseling is effective not only for preventing child abuse, but also for families of children and adolescents with problem behaviors, and increases the participation of families who cannot visit the clinic. Second, the counselor can quickly collect information and evaluate the family through in-home counseling and experience unique aspects of the family. They also have the opportunity to immediately address problematic behaviors that persist within the home. Third, the counselor should be able to promote a therapeutic bond with the family by following some behavioral patterns of the family in an approach that respects the client's culture, traditions, and values. They also must be flexible and creative enough to recognize and therapeutically utilize contingent events in the home. This study is significant in providing a theoretical basis for the development of successful home visit counseling strategies.
