초등학교 학교스포츠클럽 평가도구 개발 및 타당성 검증

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 현장에서 다양하게 운영되고 있는 학교스포츠클럽의 교육적, 사회적 효과 및 만족도 등에 대한객관적인 평가를 위한 학교스포츠클럽에 대한 평가도구를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해, 학교스포츠클럽에 대한 문헌조사와 선행연구들을 검토하고 학교스포츠클럽 지도교사, 강사, 체육학 박사 등의 전문가 집단과함께 초등학교 학교스포츠클럽에 대한 평가 요소 및 문항을 개발하고 타당도를 검사하였다. 구성된 요인 및 문항의구조 모형을 검증하기 위하여 ‘2020 서울학생 온라인 스포츠한마당’에 참가한 서울지역 초등학교 700명을 무선확률표집 방식을 통해 연구대상자를 모집하였다. 평가도구의 신뢰도 검증을 위하여 Cronbach's α Coefficient를 이용하여 문항 내적 일관성을 검증하였고, AMOS 24.0 통계 프로그램을 활용한 확인적 요인분석을 통해 평가도구의타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과를 종합하면, 첫째, 학교스포츠클럽의 최종적인 평가영역 및 문항추출은 인구통계학적 특성(4문항), 교육적 효과(11문항), 사회적 효과(21문항), 운영 만족(9문항)로 총 45문항으로 구조화하였으며, 모든 문항에 적합한 신뢰도와 타당도를 확보하였다. 둘째, 학교스포츠클럽 변인 간 상관분석 결과 각 변인 간모두 정(+)의 상관관계가 나타났고, 변인 간 상관관계도 교육적 효과, 사회적 효과, 운영 만족의 변인 간 양적인 상호 상관관계가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 확인적 요인분석으로 관측변인들이 잠재변인을 제대로 반영하는지 확인하였으며, 평가문항의 적합도 지수(RMSEA, CFI, GFI, TLI)가 모두 수용기준을 만족하고, 표준화 경로계수(β) 값을 확보하여 평가문항이 타당한 것으로 검증되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation tool for school sports clubs that are operated in various ways in elementary schools, and to secure objective measurement data for educational effects, social effects, operational effects, and satisfaction of school sports clubs. To this end, the literature search and previous studies on school sports clubs were reviewed, and factors and items that could be evaluated for elementary school sports clubs were constructed with a group of experts such as school sports club instructors, instructors, and PhDs in physical education, and content validity was assessed. The study results were derived 700 elementary school students in Seoul who participated in the ʻ2020 Seoul Students Online Sports Hanmadangʼ were recruited through a random sampling method to recruit study subjects to verify the structural model of the constructed factors and items. In order to measure the reliability of the accuracy or precision of the questionnaire, the item consistency was verified using Cronbach's α Coefficient, and the validity of the collected data was verified by confirmatory factor analysis using the AMOS 24.0 statistical program. Summarizing the results of this study, first, the final evaluation area and item extraction of school sports clubs were demographic characteristics (4 items), educational effects (11 items), social effects (21 items), and operational effects (9 items) was structured into a total of 45 questions, and reliability and validity were secured for all questions. Second, the fitness indices (RMSEA, CFI, GFI, TLI) of school sports club evaluation items all satisfied the acceptance criteria, and good values were secured in both convergent validity and discriminant validity. Third, as a result of the correlation analysis between the variables of the school sports club, positive (+) correlations were found between all variables, and the correlation coefficient between the variables was also less than .90. It was confirmed that there is Fourth, it was checked whether the observed variables properly reflected the latent variables through confirmatory factor analysis, and the standardized path coefficient (β) value was secured to verify that the evaluation items were valid.
