초등교사를 위한 수준 및 단계별 물구나무서기 프로그램 효과 검증

국문 초록

이 연구는 초등학교 현장에서 체조수업 운영이 원활하지 않다는 문제의식에서 보다 쉽게 접근하고 활용할 수 있는물구나무서기 지도법을 보급하기 위한 목적으로 수준 및 단계별 물구나무서기 프로그램에 대한 효과를 검증하고자하였다. 목적달성을 위해 예비 초등교사 154명이 참여하였고, 8차시 프로그램에 의한 사전·사후 조사를 실시하였다. 효과 검증은 물구나무서기 동작 인식과 수업운영 자신감에 대한 변화량으로 평가하였고, 보다 구체적인 정보와연구의 타당성을 높이기 위해 개방형 설문과 소감문을 수집하였다. 첫째, 8차시 프로그램 적용 후에 물구나무서기동작에 대한 이해도와 흥미도, 두려움에 대한 인식에서 모두 유의한 변화를 보였고, 여학생들의 변화가 큰 것으로나타났다. 둘째, 전체적으로 수업운영 자신감에서 긍정적인 변화를 보였고, 동작이해 후 지도, 효율적 지도, 교정피드백, 개별적 지도, 수행동작 평가 등의 세부항목에서도 유의한 효과가 있었으며, 효율적 지도 자신감에서 여학생들의 변화량이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 효율적 학습 및 지도법, 안전사고 예방을 위한 보조법, 단계별 학습, 두려움 극복 등 긍정적인 인식변화를 보였음으로 프로그램에 대한 효과가 검증되었다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to verify the effectiveness of handstand programs at levels and stages for the purpose of distributing handstand guidance that can be more easily approached and utilized in the sense of the problem of poor operation of gymnastics classes in elementary school sites. To achieve the purpose, 154 preliminary elementary school teachers participated, and preliminary and post-investigation were conducted by the 8th class program. The effectiveness verification was evaluated by the amount of change in recognition of handstand movements and confidence in class operation, and open surveys and impressions were collected to enhance more specific information and the validity of research. First, after applying the 8th class program, there was a significant change in both the understanding, interest, and fear of handstand movements, and the change in female students was found to be large. Second, overall, there was a positive change in class management confidence, and there was a significant effect in detailed items such as post-movement guidance, efficient guidance, calibration feedback, individual guidance, and performance evaluation, and the amount of change in female students was greater in efficient guidance confidence. In addition, the effect of the program was verified as it showed positive changes in perception such as efficient learning and guidance methods, assistance methods for preventing safety accidents, step-by-step learning, and overcoming fear.
