국문 초록

본 연구는 넛지를 활용한 체육활동 설계전략의 사례를 찾고 그것이 어떠한 의미를 가지고 있는지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 체육활동에 적합한 넛지 전략을 유형화하였으며 그와 관련된 사례를 찾아 제시하였다. 또한 넛지 체육활동 설계전략이 어떠한 의미를 가지는지를 탐색하였다. 넛지는 활용 목적에 따라 인지적 넛지와 정서적 넛지로 구분할 수 있었고 디자인 유형에 따라 추가 및 삭제 유형, 교정 및 수정 유형, 재배치 및 재배열 유형으로 분류되었다. 넛지 사례는 유형에 따라 다양하게 나타나고 있었다. 넛지를 활용한 체육활동 설계전략의 의미는 체육활동에 대한 자기주도적 학습 여건 형성, 자발적인 체육활동 실천문화 형성, 체계적인 체육활동 넛지 전략의 수립 및활용의 세 가지로 범주화되었다. 앞으로의 체육활동은 넛지 설계전략을 통해 학생들의 신체적, 정서적, 사회적 건강을 증진하고 자발적인 신체활동을 유도해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to research examples of physical-activity design strategies using nudge and to find out what it means. For this reason, this study has categorized nudge strategies suitable for physical activity, and has presented related cases. Also, the meaning of the nudge physical activity design strategy was explored. Nudges can be divided into cognitive nudges and emotional nudges according to the purpose of application, and can be divided into addition and deletion types, correction and modification types, and relocation and rearrangement types according to design types. Nudging cases has appeared in various ways depending on the type. The meaning of the physical activity design strategy using nudge was categorized into three categories: formation of self-directed learning conditions for physical activity, formation of voluntary physical activity practice culture, and establishment and utilization of systematic nudge strategy for physical activity. Future physical activity should promote physical, emotional and social health of students and induce voluntary physical activity through the nudge design strategy.
