국문 초록

본 연구는 아동·청소년을 대상으로 실시한 또래관계 집단미술치료 프로그램의 효과성을 알아보기 위하여, 2001년부터 2021년 2월까지 국내에서 발표된 논문 45편을 선정하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 메타분석을 통한 효과크기를 확인하므로써 아동·청소년 대상 또래관계 집단미술치료의 치료적 중재를 위한 이론적 근거를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 CMA(Comprehensive Meta-Analysis) 2.0을 사용하여 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 또래관계 집단미술치료의 전체효과 크기는 Hedges’g=1.293으로 매우 큰 효과크기가 나타났다. 둘째, 중재관련 구성요소에 따른 효과크기를 살펴본 결과 대상자의 학년, 대상 유형, 회기수, 회기시간 등은 효과크기가 유의하지 않았지만 집단의 크기가 적을수록 효과크기가 크고 유의하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 메타분석을 통해 아동․청소년 대상 또래관계 집단미술치료 프로그램의 중재변인에 따른 효과의 차이를 검증하였으며, 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, to examine the effectiveness of the peer-relationship group art therapy program for children and adolescents, 45 papers published in Korea from 2001 to 2021 were selected and meta-analyzed. The study aimed to prepare a theoretical basis for the therapeutic intervention of peer-relationship group art therapy in children and adolescents by confirming the effect size through meta-analysis. For this purpose, the following results were obtained via conducting Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) 2.0. First, the overall effect size of peer-relationship group art therapy was Hedges’ g = 1.293, which showed a very large effect size. Second, due to examining the effect size according to the intervention-related components, the effect size was not significant for the subject's grade, subject type, study content, number of sessions, and session time; however, the smaller the group size, the larger and more significant the effect size. Therefore, this study verified the difference in the effect of a peer relationship group art therapy program for children and adolescents through meta-analysis. Based on the results, the implications of this study were then discussed.
