국문 초록

이 연구는 교육대학교 교육대학원의 잠재적 교육수요자 중 교육대학교 4학년 재학생과 최근 5년 이내 교육대학교를 졸업한 현직교사를 대상으로 교육대학원 수요와 요구에 대한 설문 조사를 통해 포스트 코로나 시대 교육대학원 신입생 충원률 제고 방안을 마련하기 위해 수행되었다. 조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이 연구에 참가한 잠재적 교육수요자는 진학 관련 정보 수신 방법으로 문자를 포함한 SNS, 이메일, 대학원 홈페이지와 같은 온라인 홍보를 선호하였다. 둘째, 이들 잠재적 교육수요자의 대학원 진학의 주된 목적은 전문성을 갖춘 초등교사로서의 자기 계발이었다. 셋째, 이들의 모교 교육대학원 진학에 부정적인 이유로는 임용희망지역 또는 근무지/거주지에서 물리적으로 멀다는 것이었다. 넷째, 이들은 수업 개설 방식으로 계절제 수업 그리고 높은 비대면 강의 비율을 선호하였다. 다섯째, 이 연구에 참가한 잠재적 교육수요자의 석사학위취득 필수조건에 대한 선호 비율은 석사학위논문 : 논문대체학점 : 현장사례연구 ≒ 2 : 6 : 2로 나타났다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to devise a plan for the post-Covid 19 era to improve the recruitment rate and educational satisfaction of new graduate students through a survey of potential educational consumers, 4th year undergraduate students and in-service teachers who graduated from national universities of education within the last five years. The results of the survey are as follows. First, as a way to receive information related to admission of potential educational consumers who participated in this study, online promotion such as text messages, e-mails, and the graduate school of education web sites is preferred. Second, it can be seen that the purpose of admission to a graduate school for the potential educational consumers is professional development of an elementary school teachers, such as enhancing their self-improvement as an elementary school teachers and becoming trusted teachers as experts by students and parents. Third, the negative reason of admission to a graduate school of the potential educational consumers who participated in this study was that they were physically far from the desired area of appointment or the place of work/residence. Fourth, the potential educational consumers who participated in this study preferred the teaching method as seasonal opening and non-face-to-face classes. Fifth, the ratio of reasons for potential educational consumers who participated in this study to obtain a master's degree are as follows(Master’s Degree Paper : Substitute Credits for Thesis : Field Case Research ≒ 2 : 6 : 2).
