국내 독서치료 연구 동향 분석 : 2015년 – 2021년 학술지 및 학위논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 독서치료 연구 동향을 파악하고 추후 독서치료의 발전 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 한국교육학술정보원(RISS)을 통해 “독서치료”를 키워드로 검색하여 2015년-2021년까지 발표된 논문 중, KCI에 등재 혹은 등재 후보인 학술논문과 석박사 학위논문을 대상으로 분석을 진행하였다. 독서치료의 개념 및 목적을 밝히고 연구 시기, 연구자의 소속 학문 분야, 연구 대상, 연구 주제, 치료 도서, 연구 방법을 기준틀로 분석하였다. 그 결과 독서치료는 심리/상담 분야의 유아동을 대상으로 한 발달적 독서치료 연구의 비중이 높았다. 또한 사회적 기술 역량 증진이나 인지행동적 태도의 변화를 함께 도모하는 과정의 정서(감정)조절을 목적으로 한 주제가 많았다. 그림책을 매개로 한 치료에 대한 관심이 높았고 프로그램 시행 후 효과를 질적, 양적 연구가 혼합된 연구방법으로 검증한 것이 대다수였다. 추후 독서치료의 발전을 위해서 개인적, 환경적 요인을 고려한 임상적 치료에 대한 연구, 치료 대상과 치료 도서의 확대, 치료 도서 선정을 위한 타 학문과의 협력, 상담학적인 이론과의 접목을 통한 전문성 확보를 과제로 삼아야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the research trends of bibliotherapy and to present developmental directions for future bibliotherapy. Methods: After the papers from 2015 to 2021 were searched on RISS(Research Information Sharing Service) with the keyword “Bibliotherapy”, some of them were chosen which were registered in KCI(Korea Citation Index) journals as well as in KCI candidate journals when others are master’s and doctoral theses. Presenting the concept and purpose of bibliotherapy, they were analyzed by the research period, academic field, subjects, topics, books for treatment, and methods. Results: There was a high proportion of developmental bibliotherapy studies targeting infants/children in the field of psychology/counseling. In addition, there were many topics aimed at regulating emotions in the process of promoting social skill competency or changing cognitive behavioral attitudes together. There was a high interest in treatment through picture books. The effectiveness of the programs was verified through research methods that mixed qualitative and quantitative after the program was implemented. Conclusions: For the development of bibliotherapy in the future, there need to be research on clinical treatment considering personal and environmental factors, expansion of treatment targets and books for treatment, cooperation with other disciplines for book selection for treatment, and securing expertise through incorporation with counseling theory.
