이혼의도에 관한 연구 동향 : 국내 학술지 및 학위논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 부부들의 이혼의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 국내 연구 동향을 분석하고 이를 토대로 추후 연구 방향을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 한국교육학술정보원(RISS)에서 이혼의도 제목으로 검색된 27편의 논문을 연도별, 자료 유형별, 측정 도구별, 이혼의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 동향 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최근 20년간 이혼률이 급증하고 졸혼이라는 개념까지 대두되고 있는 데도 불구하고 이혼의도에 관한 연구는 별로 늘어나지 않고 있다. 둘째, 이혼의도 측정을 위한 척도의 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 이혼의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인으로는 부부친밀감, 의사소통, 결혼만족도, 자녀에 대한 책임감, 성만족도, 부부갈등, 스트레스, 경제적 문제, 고부갈등, 성격 특성 요인 등이 있다. 넷째, 이혼의도를 가진 여성에 관한 연구는 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있었으나 이혼의도를 가진 남성에 관한 연구는 거의 찾아보기 어려운 실정이라, 향후 남성을 대상으로 한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 토대로 의미와 시사점 및 제한점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze domestic research trends on the factors affecting intent to divorce of married couples and to present future research directions based on this. Methods: For this, 27 academic papers titled ‘Intent to Divorce’ registered in RISS((Research Informaion Sharing Service) were analyzed based on the year of publication, types of data, scales and factors affecting intent to divorce. Results: First, for the last 20 years the divorce rate has increased to the point where the term ‘graduation from marriage’ has emerged in the modern lexicon, yet studies in intent to divorce have not increased much. Second, scales for measuring intent to divorce must be developed. Third, the major variables impacting intent to divorce include emotional intimacy, communication, marital satisfaction, responsibility towards children, sexual satisfaction, marital conflict, stress, financial difficulty, conflicts between in-laws, and personality traits. Fourth, while research on women’s intent to divorce was relatively easier to find, there was little research available on men ‘s intent to divorce, which needs to be conducted in future research. Conclusion: Based on these results, the significance, implications, and limitations of the study were discussed.
