국문 초록

본 연구는 조직구성원의 연령과 일 몰입, 학습민첩성의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 기반으로 연령과 일 몰입의 관계에서 학습민첩성의 매개효과를 연구모형으로 설정하여 가설을 도출하였다. 국내 제조업 분야의 L사 종업원 249명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, Amos와 SPSS를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 연령은 일 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 연령은 학습민첩성에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습민첩성 역시 일 몰입에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 연령과 일 몰입의 관계에서 학습민첩성의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 학습민첩성이 부분매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the relation between age, work engagement, and learning agility. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a hypothesis was derived by setting the mediating effects of learning agility in the relation between age and work engagement as a research model based on prior study. The survey was conducted on 249 employees of L Company in Korea and analyzed using Amos and SPSS. The results are as follows. First, age has a positive effect on both work engagement and learning agility. Second, learning agility has a positive effect on work engagement as well. Finally, as a result of examining the mediating effect of learning agility in the relationship between age and work engagement, it was found that learning agility had a partial mediating effect. Based on the results of this study, implications and the future research direction were presented.
