中国农村寄宿制学校课外活动的现状及改善方向

국문 초록

중국은 교육 경쟁력을 향상의 일환으로 농촌 지역 교육을 활성화하기 위하여 기숙제 학교의 운영 모형을 정책적으로 추진하였다. 농촌 기숙제 학교의 특성상 학생들은 의무적으로 기숙사 생활을 함으로 모든 일상이 학교생활로 집중되어 있다. 이러한 특수 한 상황에서 방과 후 활동은 긍정적인 역할을 수행하지 못하고 있었다. 그러나 최근 저연령층의 입학 등의 문제가 나타나면서 다양한 교육 활동에 대한 요구와 함께 방과 후 활동이 새롭게 주목을 받고 있다. 이에 연구는 중국 농촌 기숙제 학교의 특성과 방과 후 활동 관련 현황 및 주요 쟁점을 분석하여 중국 농촌 기숙제 학교의 방과 후 활동 활성화 방안을 탐색하며, 중국 농촌의 방과후 활동의 이론적 기반을 마련하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법으로는 문헌연구와 사례 연구를 사용하여 중국 농촌교육정책, 농촌기숙제학교의 방과 후 정책, 현황 및 주요 쟁점을 분석하고, 허난성 농촌기숙제학교 현황을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 중국 농촌 기숙제 학교의 방과 후 활동은 전반적으로 부진한 것으로 나타났으며, 그 원인으로는 대부분이 학업 형태로 운영되어, 교사와 학생들은 소극적으로 대응하고 있었다. 또한 방과 후 활동 관련 시설 및 인프라가 매우 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 중국 농촌 기숙제 학교의 방과 후 활동에 대한 긍정적인 인식의 확대 및 다양한 방과 후 프로그램의 개설 및 보급, 방과 후 활동을 추진할 수 있는 인프라가 개선되어야 하고, 이를 위하여 정책적 지원의 지속과 관련 제도가 시급히 마련될 필요성이 있음을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

As a part of improving educational competitiveness, China has promoted the operation model of boarding schools in order to revitalize rural education. Due to the nature of rural boarding school, students are obliged to live in dormitory, so all daily life is concentrated in school life. In this special situation, after-school activities did not play a positive role. However, as the problems such as admission of the low-aged people have emerged recently, after-school activities have been attracting new attention with the demand for various educational activities. The purpose of this study is to explore the ways to revitalize after-school activities of rural boarding schools in China by analyzing the characteristics of rural boarding schools in China, the current status and major issues related to after-school activities, and to lay the theoretical foundation for after-school activities in rural China. As a research method, the study analyzed the Chinese rural education policy, after-school policy, current status and major issues of rural boarding school, and analyzed the current status of rural boarding school in Henan province by using literature research and case study. As a result, after-school activities of rural boarding schools in China were generally poor, and most of the reasons were in the form of study, and teachers and students responded passively. In addition, after-school activities related facilities and infrastructure were found to be very weak.Therefore, it is suggested that the infrastructure for expanding positive awareness of after-school activities of rural boarding schools in China, opening and disseminating various after-school programs, and promoting after-school activities should be improved in the future, and that the continuous support of policy and related systems should be urgently prepared for this. 中国在政策上推行了寄宿学校的运作模式,以振兴农村地区教育,作为提高教育竞争力的一部分。农村寄宿学校的特点是,学生们义务性地生活宿舍生活,所有的日常生活都集中在学校生活上。在这种情况下,课后活动没有发挥积极作用。然而,随着最近低龄人士入学等问题出现,对各种教育活动的需求和课后活动引起了新的关注。研究的目的是分析中国农村寄宿学校的特点、课后活动现状和主要问题,探讨如何振兴中国农村寄宿学校的课后活动,并为中国农村课后活动奠定理论基础。研究方法是利用文献研究和案例研究,分析中国农村教育政策、农村寄宿学校课后政策、现状和主要问题,并分析河南省农村寄宿学校的现状。研究结果表明,中国农村寄宿学校的课后活动总体上不景气,大部分原因是以学术形式运作,教师和学生被动地应对。此外,与课后活动有关的设施和基础设施非常脆弱。因此,今后,中国农村寄宿学校应扩大对课后活动的积极认识,建立和传播各种课后方案,改善课后活动基础设施,并为此,迫切需要继续提供政策支持和相关制度。
