국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년 방과후에 청소년 교류활동 참여도와 청소년활동의 만족도간의 관계에서 청소년활동 지원정도의 매개효과를 살펴봄으로써 청소년활동의 질을 높일 수 있는 시사점을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 초등학생 4학년, 중학생 1학년, 고등학생 1학년 총 9,041명을 대상으로 설문하여 통계처리하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 교류활동 참여도와 만족도간의 상관관계, 교류활동 참여도와 청소년활동 지원정도간의 상관관계, 청소년활동 지원정도와 청소년활동 만족도간의 상관관계는 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 청소년 교류활동 참여정도와 청소년활동 만족도 간의 관계에서 청소년활동 지원정도에 매개효과가 있는지를 살펴본 결과, 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인이 되었다. 이 연구의 시사점은 방과후 청소년활동의 만족도를 높이기 위한 대안으로 청소년활동 지원정도(부모님, 보호자, 학교교사, 친구, 청소년지도자)가 중요한 역할을 하므로 청소년 대상으로 청소년활동에 관해 교육과 프로그램을 진행하거나 상담할 때에 청소년활동 지원정도를 고려하여 접근할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide implications for improving the quality of youth activities by examining the mediating effect of the degree of support for youth activities in the relationship between the participation of youth exchange activities and the satisfaction of youth activities after school. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with a total of 9,041 students in the 4th grade, the 1st grade of middle school, and the 1st grade of high school. As a result, first, there was a positive correlation between the degree of participation in exchange activities and satisfaction, the degree of participation in exchange activities and the degree of support for youth activities, and the degree of support for youth activities and the degree of satisfaction with youth activities. Second, as a result of examining whether there is a mediating effect on the degree of support for youth activities in the relationship between the degree of participation in youth exchange activities and the satisfaction level of youth activities, it was confirmed that there is a partial mediating effect. The implications of this study are that as an alternative to increase the satisfaction of after-school youth activities, the degree of support for youth activities (parents, guardians, school teachers, friends, and youth leaders) plays an important role, so it is necessary to approach youth activities when conducting or consulting education and programs for youths.
