학교부적응 자녀를 둔 다문화가정의 가족상담 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 학교부적응으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 자녀의 문제로 어머니가 상담을 요청한 다문 화가정의 가족상담 사례연구이다. 본 연구에 참여한 가족은 부모와 딸로 상담은 2021년 5월부 터 11월까지 14회 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 매트릭스 방법을 사용하여 상담 중 기록된 메모 와 14회 상담내용을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 자녀의 학교부적응의 어려움에 영향을 미치는 요인 은 부모의 잦은 갈등과 부모의 역기능적인 의사소통방식이었다. 상담자는 자녀의 문제를 해결 하기 위해 가족 간의 갈등과 지금까지 문제를 해결하기 위해 사용했던 부모의 역기능인 의사소 통방식이 자녀와의 관계를 악화시킨다는 것을 인식시켰다. 또한 새로운 의사소통 방식을 사용 하여 가족 관계를 개선하려고 노력하였다. 이러한 개입방법은 자녀의 학교생활에 있어서 긍정 적인 관계를 형성할 수 있게 하였고 가족 구성원의 및 가족 관계에 변화를 가져왔다.

영문 초록

This is a case study on family counseling for multicultural families in which the mothers requested a counseling for their child suffering from school maladjustment. The families that participated in this study were parents and their daughter, and total 14 times of counseling were provided from May to November 2021. Using the Matrix method, this study analyzed 14 times of counseling contents and memos recorded during the counseling. In the results of the analysis, the factors affecting child’s school maladjustment were parents’frequent conflicts and parents’ dysfunctional communication method. In order to solve their problems with child, the counselor made them perceive the conflicts between family members and that their dysfunctional communication method used for solving the problems would aggravate their relationship with child. They also made effort to improve their family relationship by using a new communication method. This intervention method was helpful for forming positive relationship in regard of child’s school life, and also bringing about changes in family members and family relationship.
