국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 결혼이주여성의 차별경험과 문화적응스트레스의 관계를 살펴보고, 차별경 험과 문화적응스트레스 사이에서 자아존중감의 조절효과가 어떠한지 규명하는 것이다. 연구목 적 달성을 위하여 다문화청소년패널조사 2기데이터의 결혼이주여성 2,167명을 분석대상으로 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 조절효과 모델에 근거하여 위계적 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결 과 결혼이주여성의 차별경험은 문화적응스트레스를 높이는 주요 요인으로 나타났다. 또한 결혼 이주여성의 차별경험이 문화적응스트레스에 미치는 부정적인 영향은 자아존중감의 정도에 따라 달라져 자아존중감이 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 기반으로 결혼이주여성 의 문화적응스트레스 완화를 위한 실천적 전략을 제시하고 한국생활적응에 도움이 되는 지원방 안에 대해 모색하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the experience of discrimination and the acculturation stress of marriage migrant women, and to verify the moderating effect of self-esteem between the experience of discrimination and the acculturation stress. To achieve the purpose of the study, a hierarchical conditioning regression analysis was conducted based on the moderation effect model of Baron and Kenny (1986) with 2,167 marriage migrant women from the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study data(2nd period data) as the analysis target. As a result of the analysis, the experience of discrimination among marriage migrant women was found to be a major factor in increasing the stress of acculturation. In addition, the negative effects of marriage migrant women s experiences of discrimination on acculturation stress depended on the degree of self-esteem, and it was found that self-esteem had a moderating effect. Based on these results, a practical strategy for relieving the acculturation stress of marriage migrant women was presented, and support measures were sought to help them adapt to life in Korea.
