자존감을 회복해가는 여중생의 모래놀이 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 나이에 비해 과성숙한 면을 보이며 자신의 감정을 표현하지 못하고 억제시키는 15세 청소녀의 모래놀이치료 사례이다. 본 사례연구의 내담자는 중학교 2학년(만14세)에 재학 중인 여학생으로 본 연구에서 연구자는 모래상자의 흐름을 Kalff의 3단계인 동식물의 단계, 투쟁·갈등의 단계, 통합(현실 적응)의 단계로 살펴보았다. X년 10월 00일부터 X년+9개월로 주1회 50분으로 총 30회기의 상담하였고, 초기 면접 및 사전 사후 심리검사 5회기, 언어 상담 5회기, 20회기의 모래놀이상담을 하였다. 3단계의 흐름에서 내담자는 Sand-play Therapy를 통해 과성숙한 모습에서 또래다운 모습을 보이며 자신의 요구와 주장을 억제하지 않고 표현하는 한편 학교에서 뛰어난 능력을 발휘하기 시작하는 성장하는 모습을 보였다. 이러한 모습을 볼 때 아동 및 청소년에게‘Sand-play Therapy’가 임상적으로 치료 효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study is a case of Sandplay Therapy of a 15-year-old girl who shows over-maturity for her age and suppresses her emotions. The client of this case study is a female student in the second year of junior high school (14 years old). In this study, researcher looked at the flow of sandboxes as Kalff s three phases: animals and plants, struggle and conflict, and integration (reality adaptation). 30 sessions of counseling were held once a week for 50 minutes once a week from October 00, X to +9 months. 5 sessions of initial interview and psychological tests, 5 sessions of language consultation, we had 20 sessions of Sand play Therapy, In the three-step flow,the client showed her peer-like appearance through Sand-play Therapy, expressing his needs and arguments without suppressing them, and growing to begin to show excellent ability in school. These findings suggest that Sand-play Therapy is clinically effective for children and adolescents.
