국문 초록

본 연구는 국내에서 연구된 발달장애 가족의 역량강화와 관련된 연구의 동향을 살펴보고 중재 프로그램 특성을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 2021년까지 발표된 국내 학술지 논문 중 발달장애학생 가족의 역량강화를 목적으로 하는 중재 프로그램들을 포함하는 연구를 수집하였다. 선정 및 배제 준거에 따라 선정된 총 20편의 논문을 대상으로 출판연도, 연구방법, 연구 대상자 특성, 종속변인, 중재 프로그램 요소를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 크게 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2010년을 기점으로 가족역량강화 중재 프로그램의 연구가 증가하는 추세임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 대부분 연구에서 실험연구 중 사전-사후 실험통제집단 설계를 사용하였다. 셋째, 가족역량강화 중재 프로그램의 장애인 대상 연령대는 영유아기에서 전환기에 이르기까지 고르게 분포되어 있으며, 대부분이 부모만 참여하는 형태를 보였다. 넷째, 종속변인의 경우 가족역량척도가 가장 많이 사용되었으며, 독립변인의 경우 부모교육 형태로 진행된 것이 다수였다. 다섯째, 가족역량강화 중재 프로그램은 연령대에 따라 다른 중재 요소들로 구성되었다. 이를 토대로 가족역량강화 프로그램 개발 및 실천에 있어 서비스 구축, 정책 개발 및 추후 연구에 시사하는 바를 도출하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the trends of research towards family empowerment interventions of individuals with developmental disabilities in South Korea. For this purpose, studies regarding intervention programs which aim at strengthen the family empowerment of individuals with developmental disabilities among domestic academic papers published from 2000 to 2021 was collected. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 20 papers were analyzed for publication year, research method, participant characteristics, dependent variables, and intervention program elements. The research results are as follows. First, starting from 2010, studies on family empowerment intervention programs were growing. Second, most of the experimental studies used the pre-post experimental control group design. Third, the age groups for the family empowerment intervention program were evenly distributed from early childhood to transition age, and most of them only included parents or mothers. Fourth, the family empowerment scale was the most frequent dependent variable and the majority of the intervention programs were conducted in the form of parental education. Implications for service, policy development, and future research are discussed in the development and practice of family empowerment programs.
