만 5세 유아가 인식한 행복한 상황과 행복의 조건에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 행복한 상황과 행복의 조건에 관한 만 5세 유아들의 인식을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 만 5세 유아 132명을 연구대상으로 선정하였으며, 유아가 인식한 행복한 상황과 행복의 조건에 대해 알아보기 위하여 그림 그리기, 그림에 대한 묘사, 개별 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 유아들은 놀고 있는 상황, 가족과 친구들과 함께 관계맺음을 하는 상황, 하고 싶은 일에 집중하는 상황, 통제력을 바탕으로 정해진 규율에서 벗어나 변이를 추구하는 상황, 힘든 상황을 극복하여 성취를 경험하는 상황에서 행복감을 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며 행복의 외적 조건으로 가족, 건강, 돈, 교육이, 내적 조건으로는 양보하기, 돕기, 감사하기로 범주화 되었다. 이러한 결과는 유아의 행복을 증진시킬 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 모색하는 데 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 행복감이 한 순간의 정서가 아닌 삶의 포괄적인 정서로 작용하여 유아의 정신건강을 도모하는데 기여하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cognition of being happy and the condition of happiness in order to increase happiness in preschoolers’ lives. The participants were 132 children aged five years old who attended kindergarten and a daycare center, For the interview, all the objects were used for the image drawings. The results of this study were as follows. The cognition of being happy was classified into several different categories: the happiness in play, the happiness relationship between family and friends, the happiness in the flow of desirable experiences, the happiness of making the mutation process in order to refuse to follow the rules, and the bearable happiness resulting from being able to withstand difficult things. In addition, the condition of happiness was sorted by external aspects(family, health, money, education) and internal aspects(making concessions, helping, and expressing gratitude). This study established some ground rules for making desirable happiness images and the results were characteristic with children’s recognition of the cognition of happiness situations.
