미야자키 하야오 작품 속의 생명사상과 존재론에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 일본의 미야자키 하야오 감독의 장편 애니메이션 「원령공주」의 ‘숲’을 중심으로 드러난 생명사상과 존재론적 의미를 해명하고, 이를 통하여 인간과 자연, 숲, 세계-내-존재들을 대하는 우리의 모습을 돌아보는 기회를 갖고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 숲과 자연은 그 자체 생명과 죽음의 공간이며, 그곳은 인간의 본래 고향으로써 그 전체로 존재하는 생명세계임을 드러내었다. 둘째, 자연과 숲이 인간으로부터 주문을 강요당하고, 이로 인해 숲과 인간은 극심한 갈등과 대립상태에 빠짐으로써 생명세계는 존재망각의 사태에 빠졌으나, 셋째, 생명세계는 사이-존재인 인간의 본래적 삶을 향한 시적사유를 통해 회복될 수 있음을 드러내었다. 본 연구는 유아교육이 유아들이 본래 지니고 있는 시적 사유라고 말할 수 있는 ‘생명과 생태의 감수성’을 보존하고 또한 고양시킴으로써 인간과 자연은 생명공동체라는 사실을 겸손히 받아들일 것을 요청하였다.

영문 초록

This study tried to explain the thought of life in the forest and its ontological meaning in a long Japanese animated film Princess Mononoke (もののけ姫) from Director Miyazaki Hayao, and in the process, it gave us a chance to think back on the state of ourselves, our forests and our places as “beings in the world.”First, the study revealed that forests and nature are the spaces of life and death, and as the humans’ original habitat the “world of life” existed as a whole. Second, the study showed that humans and forests fell into a severe situation of conflict and confrontation so that the world thrown into a state of ‘Seinsvergessenheit’ because human beings force to fulfill the their order to nature. Third, the study proved that the world of life can be healed via the poetic thinking of the original lives of human beings that are, as it were, inter-beings. Finally, the study suggested that preschool education should help young children keep and enhance their sensibilities of life and ecology, which can be define as their native poetic thinking, so that they can accept the fact that nature and humans are to live in peace and harmony.
