영문 초록

This study examines the change of trends in the local community through the background of IT introduction and the change process of macro-administration. To discuss the use and direction of community culture and arts education in the COVID-19 era by looking atdo. The literature review of this study suggests that the introduction of IT offers some alternatives to our community. What ? From what point of view should we look at this?
