가족놀이음악치료를 통한 부모-자녀관계 증진

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 가족놀이치료에 음악치료를 통합한 가족놀이음악치료 프로그램을 구성하여 가족 내 불안 및 존재감 약화, 애착 증진의 필요성, 부모–자녀 간 상호작용의 어려움을 공통적으로 가진 3가족을 대상으로 부모–자녀 관계를 증진하고자 실시하였다. 가족놀이음악치료 프로그램은 총 6회기로 일주일에 2번, 70분으로 진행하였으며, 각 섹션마다 본 연구자와 음악치료사가 함께 진행하였다. 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하기 위하여 사전·사후 검사로 동적가족화검사(KFD)를 실시하였고, 부모의 동의하에 전 회기 비디오로 녹화하고 축어록으로 작성하여 자료를 분석한 후 그 효과성을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 첫째로, 가족들은 사회적 반응과 감정 표현의 변화, 자기표현과 가족활동 참여도에서 적극적인 변화가 나타났다. 둘째로, 프로그램이 진행될수록 가족 간 친밀도가 증가하는 변화를 보였다. 셋째로, 가족활동에서 일치된 주제로 활동하며 가족 간의 의견을 수용하고 지지하는 모습이 증가하면서 가족 상호작용에 변화가 나타났다. 결론적으로, 본 프로그램은 가족놀이치료에 음악치료를 통합한 새로운 시도가 부모–자녀 관계를 증진시키는 데 그 효과가 있음을 입증할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study is an integrated family treatment which is newly composed of the family play therapy and the family music therapy to cultivate the parent– children relationship through the family play–music therapy. Three families commonly had difficulties in anxiety and presence within the family weakens, the need to promote attachment to the parent – children. 2 to 6 sessions a week, a total of 70 minutes were composed. For each session, the researcher and one music therapist have the same goal was carried out. To prove the effectiveness of the family play–music therapy, Kinetic Family Drawing(KFD) was enforced as pre and pose tests. All sessions are video taped, recorded as a verbatim to analyze the data under parental consent. Results of the study are as follows: First, Social reactions and emotions of family members were changed and accurately convey their feelings and were actively involved in activities. Second, the family members felt a sense of intimacy so that they have accepted and increased physical contacts. Third, they had consistent themes in the interaction so feedbacks and supports among family members were acceptable. In conclusion, This program is new implementation of the family play–music therapy by integrating the family play therapy and the family music therapy.
