부부 스트로크 척도개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구는 TA ‘스트로크’ 개념을 토대로 한국 부부 스트로크의 하위 구성요인을 확인하고, 타당도와 신뢰도를 갖춘 검사 도구를 제작하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구의 목적달성을 위해 성인 기혼남녀를 대상으로 개방형 설문과 심층인터뷰를 실시하여 얻은 자료를 질적 방법으로 분석하여, 21개의 하위 범주와 84개의 예비문항을 도출하였다. 이 84개 예비문항 모집단을 2차에 걸쳐 전문가에게 검증을 받아 예비척도 문항 53개를 선정하였다. 이를 성인 기혼남녀 355명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시한 후 문항분석과 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석을 진행하였다. 예비조사 결과 최종 8요인 구조와 45개 문항으로 부부 스트로크 척도가 구성되어 본 조사를 통해 702명의 유효 표본을 수집하였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 모형의 적합도 지수는 TLI=.973, RMSEA=.053, CFI=.979, SRMR=.029로 나타났다. 구성개념타당도 확인 결과 평균분산추출(AVE) 값은 기준치 .7 이상 개념신뢰도(CR) 값은 .9 이상이고, AVE의 제곱근은 모든 요인에서 요인 간 상관보다 크게 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 다음과 같다. Berne(1964)이 최초에 정의하고 분류하였던 스트로크 분류 기준에 대한 경험적인 타당성을 확인하였다. 또한 부부 스트로크 척도는 한국 부부의 특성을 반영하였을 뿐 아니라, 스트로크의 분류기준을 ‘긍정-부정, 언어-비언어, 조건-무조건’의 차원으로 확장하였기 때문에 더 구체적인 부부 스트로크의 유형을 파악하기에 유용한 도구라 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Based on the concept of TA ‘stroke’, this study was conducted to identify the sub-components of stroke for couples in Korea and to produce a test tool with validity and reliability. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the data obtained by conducting open-ended questionnaires and in-depth interviews with adult married men and women were analyzed in a qualitative method, and 21 subcategories and 84 preliminary questions were derived. This 84 preliminary questions population was verified by experts in two rounds, and 53 questions for preliminary scale were selected. After conducting a preliminary survey on 355 adult married men and women, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis were conducted. As a result of the preliminary survey, the final 8-factor structure and 45 items constituted the Couple Stroke Scale, and a valid sample of 702 people was collected through this survey. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, the fitness index of the model was found to be TLI=.973, RMSEA=.053, CFI=.979, SRMR=.029. As a result of confirming the validity of the construct, the Average Variance Extracted(AVE) value was above the baseline value of .7 and the Construct Reliability(CR) value was above .9, and the square root of AVE was larger than the correlation between factors in all factors. The significance of this study is as follows. the empirical validity of the stroke classification criteria initially defined and classified by Berne(1964) was confirmed. In addition, the Couple Stroke Scale not only reflects the characteristics of Korean couples, but also since the classification criteria for strokes have been expanded to the dimensions of ‘positive-negative, verbal-nonverbal, conditional-unconditional’, it is a tool that can more specifically identify couples Stroke types.
