요구분석 기반 산업체 기초직무역량 비교 분석 : 대학의 계열별 진출 산업체를 중심으로

국문 초록

비록 기초직무역량이 직종이나 직위에 상관없이 주어진 직무를 성공적으로 수행하는 데 있어 공통으로 요구되는 역량이지만, 모든 기초직무역량이 산업체별 또는 업종별로 동일 가중치로 적용되는 것은 아닐 것이다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구에서는 직무 수행에 필요한 공통으로 요구되는 기초직무역량이 대학의 계열별 연관 산업체에서 그 우선순위가 실제 어떻게 나타나는지에 대해 탐색적 연구가 이루어졌다. 연구수행을 위해 먼저 문헌고찰과 전문가 검토를 통해 14개의 기초직무역량을 도출하였다. 다음으로 대학의 계열별 연관 대표 산업체 총 174개를 대상으로 14개의 기초직무역량의 요구도를 파악하였다. 요구도를 파악하기 위해 3가지 요구도 우선순위 기법인 중요도 분석, Borich 요구도 분석기법, 그리고 IPA 기반 요구도 분석기법을 활용하였다. 주요 분석결과를 요약하면, 첫째 계열별 연관 산업체에서 상대적 중요성이 있는 기초직무역량은 다르게 나타났다. 둘째 계열을 떠나 모든 산업체에서 인성과 책임감이 기초직무역량으로서 우선하여 중요하게 고려되고 있다. 셋째 당장 집중투자가 돼야 할 기초직무역량은 계열의 특성이 반영되는 것이 확인된다. 이공학 계열 연관 산업체에서의 경우 문제해결능력과 전공실무능력(전문성), 사회 계열 연관 산업체에서는 책임감, 협동능력 그리고 창의력, 인문 계열 연관 산업체에서는 책임감, 문제해결능력, 협동능력 그리고 창의력, 예체능 계열 연관 산업체에서는 도전정신과 문제해결능력이 집중투자 요구 기초직무역량으로 파악되었다. 이와 같이 도출된 계열별 연관 산업체의 기초직무역량에 대한 우선순위 요구분석 결과는 먼저 대학의 역량기반 교육과정의 구축, 점검 또는 개선을 모색하는 데 참고자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. 다음으로 산업체 관점에서는 산업체 종사자의 기초직무역량 결핍 정도 진단, 인재채용, 교육 프로그램 개발 및 개선 등과 같은 역량기반 인적자원관리를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Although the meaning of basic job competencies refers to the competencies that are commonly required to successfully perform jobs in most occupations regardless of job type or position, it will not be applied with the same weight for each industry. In this regard this study was exploratory conducted on how the priority of basic job competencies actually appeared in related industries for each academic field of the university. To conduct this study, 14 basic job competencies were derived through literature review and expert review. The needs priority for 14 basic job competencies were identified for a total of 174 representative industries related to each academic field of the university. In order to analyze the needs priority, the three priority techniques--importance analysis, Borich needs assessment model and IPA-based needs analysis were used in this study. To summarize the main analysis results, first, basic job competencies were different by industries related to each academic field of the university. Second, in all industries tenacity and responsibility are prioritized and considered important as basic job competencies. Third, it is confirmed that the basic job competencies that should be invested immediately are reflected in the characteristics of the academic field, such as problem solving ability and professionalism in science and engineering related industries, responsibility and collaborative ability in social science related industries, responsibility, problem solving ability and creativity in humanities related industries, and the spirit of challenge and problem-solving ability in arts and sports related industries. The result of needs priority analysis for basic job competencies can be used as a reference material for establishing, inspecting, or improving the university s competency-based curriculum. Next, from the industrial perspective it can be used as basic data for competency-based human resource management, such as diagnosing the degree of lack of basic job competency of workers, hiring talent people, and developing and improving training programs.
