통합모래상자치료를 적용한 학교폭력 가해학생 부모교육 프로그램 예비연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 학교폭력 가해 자녀로 인해 부모교육에 참여하는 학부모를 대상으로 하는 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 예비연구이다. 먼저, 2012년에서 2015년 10월까지 일 Wee센터에서 21회에 걸쳐 실시되었던 학교폭력 가해학생 부모교육에 참여했던 354명을 대상으로 자녀의 학교폭력 가해행동에 대한 문제인식을 조사하였고, 그에 따른 부모교육의 요구도를 조사하였다. 해당 부모들은 자녀의 문제 행동에 대해 또래동조성, 자기통제의 어려움, 소통의 어려움, 공격성을 우선순위로 응답하였고, 부모 교육에 대한 요구도는 자녀에 대한 이해, 자녀와의 소통, 부모의 역할 이해로 응답하였다. 조사결과를 토대로 하여, 기존의 부모교육에 통합모래상자치료를 추가 구성하여 부모의 정서변화를 시도해보고자 하였는데, 이것은 부모의 따뜻함과 자녀를 향한 긍정적 표현, 공감 등이 자녀의 공격성을 억제하여 학교폭력 가해 행동에 반복적 지속적으로 연관되는 것을 방지하는 역할을 한다는 기존 연구을 바탕으로 한다. 연구 결과, 전체 과정에 참여한 2명의 부모는 통합모래상자치료를 통한 자기 이해와 성장은 일상에서 자녀와의 의사소통 방식이 개방적 의사소통방식으로 변화하였고, 긍정적 정서의 촉진을 통해 부모자녀가 서로의 고민을 위해 적극 협력하는 발전적 관계의 변화를 나타내면서 학교폭력 행동이 멈추었고, 부모 역시 양육효능감을 높아지는 결과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 학교폭력 가해학생 부모교육의 예비연구로서, 자녀의 학교폭력의 재발을 예방하기 위해 부모의 정서를 강화하고 자녀와의 관계를 개선하는데 통합모래상자치료가 효과가 있었고 향후 프로그램 개발을 위해 의미있는 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This is a preliminary study for the development of educational programs targeting parents who participate in parent education due to children who bullies of school violence. First, 354 people who participated in the parent education of bullies of school violence 21 times at the Wee Center from 2012 to October 2015 were investigated for their children s awareness of school violence, and the demand for parent education was investigated. The parents responded to their children s problem behavior with peer coordination, difficulty in self-control, difficulty in communication, and aggression as priority, and their demand for parental education was understanding their children, communication with their children, and understanding their role. Based on the results of the survey, we tried to change parents emotions by further constructing integrated sandtray therapy in existing parent education, which is based on existing studies that suppresses parents warmth, positive expressions, and empathy toward children from repeatedly related to school violence. As a result of the study, the two parents who participated in the entire process changed their way of communication with their children from daily life to open communication, stopped school violence, and parents also increased their parenting efficacy. This is a preliminary study on parent education of bullies of school violence and integrated sandtray therapy was effective in strengthening parents emotions and improving relationships with children to prevent recurrence of school violence and can be used as meaningful data for future program development.
