대학신입생의 코티졸-DHEA 비율 변화의 잠재프로파일 분석 및 예측요인 탐색

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 코티졸-DHEA 비율의 잠재계층 유형과 잠재계층 유형을 예측하는 요인을 규명하는 것이다. 연구방법: 170명의 대학신입생을 대상으로 타액 코티졸과 DHEA을 채취하고 잠재프로파일 분석과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코티졸-DHEA 비율의 잠재집단 유형은 3가지 유형으로 나타났다:‘안정적으로 낮은’ 유형(54.1%, 유형1), ‘감소하는’ 유형(32.4%, 유형2), ‘불안정하게 높은’ 유형(13.5%, 유형3). 둘째, 잠재집단 유형 예측요인을 살펴보면, 먼저 유형 2를 유형 1과 비교할 때 우울(p < .01)이 유의한 예측요인으로 나타났다. 다음으로 유형 3을 유형 1과 비교할 때 성별(p < .05)과 신체화 증상(p < .05), 유형3을 유형 2와 비교할 때 성별(p < .05)이 유의한 예측요인으로 나타났다. 결론: 코티졸-DHEA 비율에 따른 3개의 잠재집단은 유의한 이질성을 보였으며, 성별은 코티졸-DHEA 비율의 잠재집단 유형을 예측하는 가장 주요한 요인이었다.

영문 초록

Objective: This study aimed to identify the types of cortisol/DHEA ratio and predict factors affecting the types of cortisol/DHEA ratio. Methods: The participants were 170 freshmen from the University. The data were analyzed using R 3.6.1 version and the tidyLPA package for latent analysis. Results: Three latent classes of cortisol/DHEA ratio were identified: low and stable (54.1% of the sample, type 1), decreasing (32.4% of the sample, type 2), and high and unstable (13.5% of the sample, type 3). On comparing latent type 1 with latent type 2, BSI_depression (p < .01) was found to be significant. On comparing latent type 1 with latent type 3, gender (p < .05) and BSI_somatization (p < .05) were found to be significant. On comparing latent type 2 with latent type 3, gender (p < .05) was found to be significant. Conclusion: The results showed significant heterogeneity in the types of cortisol/DHEA ratio; gender was an important predictor of the cortisol/DHEA ratio.
