국문 초록

본 연구에서는 카리스마 리더십이 보다 나은 성과를 필요로 하는 스포츠와는 어떤 관계가 있는지를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이 관계를 분석해 보기 위한 구체적인 목적으로 첫째, 카리스마란 무엇을 의미하는가 둘째, 카리스마 리더십의 의미와 특징은 무엇인가. 셋째, 카리스마 리더십의 효과는 어떻게 나타나는가. 그리고 마지막으로 카리스마 리더십과 스포츠 성과와는 어떤 상관관계가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이 연구를 위해 카리스마 리더십과 스포츠 성과와의 관계에 대한 문헌연구와 최근 5년 동안의 중요 데이터 및 정보를 기초로 한 연구를 하였다. 본 연구에서는 헌법상 스포츠권을 기초로 카리스마 리더자의 리더 행동이 팀 구성원의 성과에 그리고 카리스마 리더자의 리더 행동이 스포츠 성과에 매우 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 카리스마 리더십은 스포츠 성과에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것이 히딩크 감독의 리더십의 예에서 볼 수 있었으며, 이 결과들은 국가적 차원에서는 국제관계, 국내에서의 사회, 경제, 정치, 문화 등 많은 분야에 중요한 영향을 미치며, 개인적 차원에서는 사기앙양, 만족감, 국가에 대한 애국심 고양 , 응집력 향상 등에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 카리스마 리더자의 리더 행동으로 스포츠의 좋은 성과는 국가적 차원과 개인적 차원에서 매우 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 앞으로 이러한 중요성을 감안하면 헌법상 스포츠권, 스포츠의 성과와 카리스마 리더의 관계에 대해 많은 연구가 필요하다는 것이었다. 더불어 카리스마 리더에 대한 심도 있는 연구도 매우 중요하고 필요하다는 것이었다.

영문 초록

This study tried to analyze what kinds of relationship charismatic leadership has with sports which needs better performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze what meaning a charisma has, what the features of leadership are, how the effect of leadership shows and what correlation between charisma leadership and sports performance is. For this study, the existing literature regarding the relation between charisma leadership theory and sports performance was analyzed, and the temporal extent of this study was based on the significant data and information for the latest 5 years. Sports rights are understood to be guaranteed under Article 10 and Article 37 of the Constitution. Also sports rights are subjective civil rights for individuals and have effects toward the state. This means that the state must ensure sports rights passively by being obligated to prohibit infringement of the nation s rights to sports and actively by protecting the rights. Objectively, sports rights have characteristics of the state s value orders, providing ripple effects, spillover effects, and system guarantees. As for ripple effects, they are effective toward the state and have effects to have the state maintain sports rights as well as effects toward persons. Based on the foundation of sports rights, behaviors of charismatic leaders affect value system, attitudes, and behaviors of team members from the standpoint of a leader. Roles of charismatic leaders are about what a leader would do while the influence process selected by a leader is about how and why effectively a leader s behavior affects team members. In order to make the leadership process more elaborate, what we would need is how a leader can more usefully influence team members. In other words, the influence process is composed of two elements, which are exchange influence process and reformative influence process.
