진로영역에서 정서조절 관련 변인에 관한 연구동향 : 국내학술지를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 진로 맥락 속에서 정서조절 관련 변인의 연구동향을 살펴보기 위해 진로영역에서 정서조절을 주제로 KCI에 등재되어 있거나 등재후보로 지정되어 있는 학술지 25편을 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제, 연구변인별 관계, 측정도구별로 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로영역에서 진행된 정서조절 관련 변인에 대한 연구는 2005년 처음 시작되었으며 최근 몇 년 사이 그 수가 크게 증가하였다. 둘째, 연구대상별 분석 결과 대학생을 대상으로 진행된 논문의 수가 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구방법별 분석 결과 25편의 논문은 모두 양적으로 연구되었다. 넷째, 연구주제별로는 변인별 관계에 대한 연구가 전체의 80%를 차지했다. 다섯째, 변인별 관계를 분석한 결과 정서조절 관련 변인은 독립변인으로 가장 많이 사용되었다. 여섯째, 정서조절 관련 변인을 측정하기 위해 WLEIS 정서지능척도가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 위의 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의와 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 정리하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: To understand research trends in emotion regulation variables related to career, this study analyzed 25 academic journals in Korea. Methods: For this purpose, the 25 academic journals, registered in KCI(Korea Citation Index), were analyzed based on the year of publication, study subjects, study methods, research topics, relationships among variables, and measurement tools. Results: First, the research on emotion regulation variables related to career first appeared in 2005 and the number of the research highly increased in recent years. Second, based on the analysis result of study subjects, the number of journals conducted on university students(76%) was the highest. Third, based on the analysis result of study methods, all 25 journals used quantitative methods. Fourth, for the research topics, studies about the relationships among variables accounted for 80%. Fifth, based on the analysis result of relationships among variables, emotion regulation related variables were most frequently used as independent variables. Sixth, in terms of measurement tools, WLEIS was most frequently used. Based on the results, implications of the study and suggestions for future research were discussed.
