심리적 유연성에 관한 연구동향 : 2012년~2021년 국내학술지를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 심리적 유연성이 국내에 학문적으로 본격적으로 소개되기 시작한 2011년 이후를 기준으로 한국교육학술정보원(RISS)에서 ‘심리적 유연성’을 주제로 한국연구재단(KCI: Korea Citation Index)에 게재된 학술지와 학위논문 중 총33편을 기초로 연구시기, 연구대상, 연구방법 및 연구주제, 연구변인별 동향을 기준으로 분석하여, 심리적 유연성과 관련된 연구의 방향을 제시하고 향후 연구의 기초자료로 사용될 수 있도록 제언하고 있다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 연구시기별 동향을 보면 2012년 이후 점진적으로 관련 연구가 증가하는 추세이며, 2019년과 2020년도에 가장 많은 연구가 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구대상은 대학생 집단(36.4%)이 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 다음으로 정신질환 유증상자(21.2%), 그리고 기타연구대상은 각기 다양한 집단인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구방법 및 연구주제별 동향을 살펴보면 대부분의 연구가 양적연구(94%)로 이루어졌으며, 연구주제별 흐름으로 살펴보면 변인간 연구가 다수의 비율(90.9%)인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구변인별 동향을 파악한 결과로는 심리적 유연성을 매개변인으로 진행한 연구가 33.3%, 독립변인으로 진행한 연구가 30.3%, 종속변인으로는 27.3%로 나타났으며, 기타 연구방법이 9.1%의 비율을 차지하고 있다. 끝으로 연구의 향후 제언, 한계점, 의의를 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objective: This study analyzes the academic journal articles and doctoral theses in Korea under the theme of ‘Psychological Flexibility’, to provide directions and to suggest as a basis for future research. Methods: For this purpose, ‘Psychological Flexibility’ was searched on RISS(Research Information Sharing Service) and 33 theses registered in KCI(Korea Citation Index) from 2012 and 2021 were selected and analyzed based on the trends in the year of publication, study subjects, research methods, research topics, and research variables. Results: First, for the year of publication, the number of the articles was increasing gradually since 2012, and most of the studies were conducted in both 2019 and 2020. Second, for study subjects, the university students(36.4%) accounted for the largest proportion, the next was persons with mental illnesses(21.2%), and others were shown to be various different groups. Third, for research methods and topics, most of the studies were conducted with quantative designs(94%), and in the trends of research topic, the relationship between variables accounted most of the proportion(90.9%). Fourth, for research variables, 33.3% of the studies used psychological flexibility as mediating variables, 30.3% as an independent variables, 27.3% as dependent variables and 9.1% as other methods. Conclusion: Finally, the suggestions, limitations and implications of the study were discussed.
