청소년의 정서조절이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향에 대한 국내 연구동향 :국내 학술지 및 학위논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 정서조절 관련 변인과 학교생활적응 변인 간의 관계에 대한 국내 연구 동향을 파악하고 추후 연구 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 한국교육학술정보원(RISS)에서 정서조절 관련 변인 “정서조절전략”, “정서조절양식”, “정서조절능력”, “정서조절곤란”과 “학교생활적응” 및 “대학생활적응”을 키워드로 검색하여 국내 학술지 및 학위논문을 대상으로 연구 기초사항, 정서조절 변인별 연구현황, 연구대상, 측정도구, 변인별 분류기준을 설정하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 정서조절 관련 변인과 학교생활적응변인간의 관계에 대한 연구는 2005년을 시작으로 꾸준하게 증가하는 추세로 나타났다. 정서조절 관련 변인은 “정서조절능력”에 대한 연구가 가장 많았으며 연구대상은 초등학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 정서조절 관련 변인과 학교생활적응 변인 간의 인과관계를 확인하는 논문 중 회귀분석을 사용한 논문 29편 중 정서조절 관련 변인은 독립 변인으로 14편, 매개 변인으로 14편에 사용되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 이후 연구에 대한 시사점과 본 연구의 한계점과 의의를 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the research trends in the relationship of emotion regulation related variables and school adjustment variables in Korea, and to provide directions for future studies. Methods: For this purpose, emotion regulation strategies , emotion regulation style , emotional regulation ability , emotion dysregulation , school adjustment , and college adjustment were searched on RISS(Research Information Sharing Service), 40 domestic journals and theses were chosen and analyzed based on the fundamentals of research, research trends in emotion regulation variables, study subjects, measurement tools and research variables. Results: Research on the relationship of emotion regulated related variables and school adjustment variables has steadily increased since 2005. For the emotion regulation related variables, “emotional regulation ability was the most common, and for study subejects, elementary school students were the most common. Among journals investigating the relationship between emotion regulation related variables and school adjustment variables, 29 journals used regression analysis, and the emotion regulation related variables were used as an independent variable in 14 studies and used as the mediating variable in other 14 studies. Conclusions: Based on these results, the implications for future studies and the limitations and significance of this study were discussed.
