청소년의 갈등협상전략 유형이 반사회적 또래동조성에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 갈등협상전략 유형이 청소년의 또래동조성에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지를 살펴보고, 어떠한 갈등협상전략 유형이 반사회적 또래동조성과 관련이 있는지를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 D광역시의 중학생 180명을 대상으로 2019년 7월1일~7월 30일까지 실시되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 요인분석, t 검증 상관관계분석 및 회귀분석을실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 갈등협상전략의 협력형, 타협형은 반사회적 또래동조성과 부적 상관을보였고, 갈등협상전략의 협력형, 타협형, 회피형, 지배형은 중립적 또래동조성과 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 갈등협상전략의 타협형, 회피형, 지배형은 또래동조성 전체에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 특히협력형은 반사회적 또래동조성에 부적 영향을 미치고 회피형과 지배형은 반사회적 또래동조성에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 청소년의 갈등협상전략은 또래동조성에 유의미한영향을 미치는 요인이며 또한 협력형 갈등협상전략은 반사회적 또래동조성과 부적 상관, 회피형과지배형은 반사회적 또래동조성에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청소년들에게 갈등상황에서 어떠한 협상전략 방법을 사용할 것인지에 대한 교육이 반사회적 또래동조를 예방하는 데필요할 것이며, 더 나아가 청소년의 비행을 예방할 수 있는 전략 요인으로 예측할 수 있음을 나타낸다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between conflict negotiation strategy of adolescents and antisocial peer conformity in order to find its meaning as a predictor of adolescent delinquency. This survey was conducted from July 1, 2019 to July 30, 2019 and its subjects are 200 middle school students in D city. Using SPSS 25.0, frequency analysis, description analysis, factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted with the data. The results are as follows: First, cooperative type and compromising type of conflict negotiation strategy have a negative correlation with antisocial peer conformity, and cooperative type, compromising type, avoidant type, and dominant type of conflict negotiation strategy have a positive correlation with neutral peer conformity. Second, compromising type, avoidant type and dominant type have a significant influence on peer conformity. In particular, cooperative type have a negative influence on antisocial conformity, and avoidant type and dominant type have a positive influence on it. This result implies adolescence conflict negotiation has significant influence on peer conformity. It also suggests that cooperative type and antisocial peer conformity have a negative relation, and avoidant type and dominant type have a positive effect on antisocial peer conformity. The results indicate educating adolescents to choose appropriate negotiation strategies in a conflict situation can be a factor in preventing adolescent delinquency.
