국문 초록

본 탐구는 그림에서 반복적으로 나타나는 한 소녀의 상징에 대한 물음을 시작으로, 잉태의 순간부터 세상과의 관계맺음에 놓인 ‘나’의 정체성과 관계의 변화 여정을 존재론적 탐구 방법으로 풀어내었다. 탐구의 첫째는 ‘나의 탐구 과정은 어떠한가?’, 둘째는 ‘탐구의 여정에서 나와 세상(타자)과의 관계 맺기는 어떻게 변화하는가?’, 셋째는 ‘본 탐구가 가지는 가치는 무엇인가?’이다. 탐구의 과정은 Adler 개인심리학의 초기 기억과 가족구도를 통해 원 가족과 현 가족을 만났고, 정신 분석가와 미술치료사를 만난 후 몸과 마음이 가는대로 글과 그림을 작업하고 머물렀다. 이 모든 개인 저널과 작업물들은 해석과 분석을 통해 주제별로 묶고 해체하는 과정을 반복하였다. 그 결과 나의 정체성과 생활양식들을 찾고, 엇박자로 뒤틀린 관계의 갈등을 ‘함께’ 발맞추어 갈 용기를 갖게 되었다. 그 과정 안에서 미술작업은 나를 충분히 퇴행시키고, 치유의 손으로 나를 어루만져 주었다.

영문 초록

Starting with a question about the symbolism of a girl appearing repeatedly in the painting, this quest unraveled the identity of “I” within the relationship with the world from the moment of conception and the journey of change in the relationship through existential inquiry. The quest sought to explore three questions: (a) “What about my exploration process?” (b) “How does my relationship with the world change on the journey of explolation?” and (c) “What is value of this inquiry?” The process of exploration involved exploring the original family and the current family through the initial memories and the family composition in Adler s personal psychology. After meeting a psychoanalyst and art therapist, I worked on writing and painting to reflect what was occurring in my body and mind. All these personal journals and works repeated the process of grouping and dismantling memories by subject through interpretation and analysis. As a result, I now have the courage to find my identity and lifestyle and to keep myself “together” when facing the conflict of a twisted relationship. In the process, the art work regressed me enough to make progress and allowed me to heal.
