국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 커뮤니티케어, 탈시설화 등이 논의되는 현재 시점에서, 향후 주거지원 모형의 토대를 제시하기 위해서 발달장애인 당사자 의견이 반영된 지역밀착형 주거지원서비스를 개념화하는 것이다. 연구자의 개입을 최소화 하고 연구대상자의 경험과 관점을 극대화 할 수 있는 개념도 연구법을 활용하여 나타난 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다양한 관계를 통해 지지를 받는 것이 중요하다. 둘째, 일상 전반에 있어서 지속적인 도움과 지지를 받고, 지역사회에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 위험상황에 대한 정보와 건강하게 살기 위한 지원이 포함되어야 한다. 셋째, 주거 공간은 다양한 편의시설에 대한 접근성을 높이는 것 등 삶의 공간으로서의 개념을 포괄하며, 보통의 사람들이 주거를 선택하는데 고려되는 요소를 포함하여, 일반 주민으로서 동등하게 선택할 수 있어야 한다. 넷째, 지역사회에서 일상적·생산적 활동을 수행하거나 참여할 수 있는 사회환경이 마련되어야 한다. 이러한 개념들이 반영된 지역밀착형 주거지원서비스를 제공함으로써 사회통합을 추구해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to conceptualize local-friendly housing support services that reflect the opinions of those with developmental disabilities in order to present the foundation of future housing support models at the current time when community care and de-facility are discussed. The results of the research that have been shown using the conceptual diagram method to minimize the intervention of researchers and maximize the experience and perspective of the subjects are as follows: First, it is important to be supported through various relationships. Second, it should include information on various risk situations that may occur in the community and support for living healthy, with continuous help and support throughout the daily life. Third, residential space encompasses the concept of living space, such as increasing access to various convenience facilities. It should be able to choose equally with the general population, including the factors that are considered by the general population in choosing housing. Fourth, a social environment shall be established to perform or participate in daily and productive activities in the local community. Social integration should be pursued by providing community-friendly housing support services that reflect these concepts.
