국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년을 위한 국내 실정에 맞는 학교 내 음악치료 프로그램의 방향을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 연구방법은 2012년에서 2014년까지 3년간 수행된 교육부 지정 건강증진모델학교 85개교 중 중·고등학교 33개교의 2014년 결과보고서에 대해 내용분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 신체 및 정신건강을 위해 음악을 사용하는 음악치료 프로그램이 33개교 중 11개교(33.3%)에서 실시되었다. 사용된 음악적 중 재는 노래 만들기 23.1%, 악기 연주 23.1%, 노래 부르기 15.4%, 음악 감상 15.4%, 신체 동작 15.4%, 기타 7.7% 순이었다. 또한, 모든 프로그램이 주로 반별 활동 즉 그룹 활동으로 진행되었다. 일반학생 대상이 71.4%, 위험군 특수학생 대상이 28.6%였다. 성과분석을 위해 표준화된 도구를 사용한 경우는 14.3%에 불과하였 다. 지역사회와 연계가 확인이 된 경우는 21.4%뿐이었으며, 외부의 음악치료사와 의 연계는 전혀 없었다. 결론으로는 한국형 건강증진학교에서 음악치료 프로그램 이 보편적이지는 않았다. 문제점은 음악치료 중재법이 단순하였으며, 진단도구가 잘 활용되지 않았고, 음악치료 전문가의 개입이 전혀 없었다는 점이었다. 양질의 음악치료 프로그램이 학교 현장에 정착되기 위해서는 음악적 중재법 개발, 개별 활 동 적용, 진단도구 개발과 적용, 음악치료사와의 연계에 대한 다양한 논의가 전개 될 필요가 있다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to suggest the direction of music therapy program for the youth in Korea. Methods: The study analyzed the data of 33 middle schools and high schools selected from 85 health promoting model schools, designated by the Ministry of Education from 2012 to 2014. Results: Music therapy programs for mental and physical health were conducted in 11 out of 33 (33.3%). The musical intervention was 23.1% of song composition, 23.1% of musical instruments, 15.4% of singing, 15.4% of music appreciation, 15.4% of body movements and 7.7% of others. In addition, all programs were conducted mainly by class activities, 71.4% for general students and 28,6% for High risk students. Only 14.3% used standardized tools for performance analysis. Only 21.4% were confirmed to be connected with the community, and there was no connection with a music therapist, Conclusion: Music therapy programs were not universal in Korean health promoting schools. The problem was that the music therapy intervention method was simple, the diagnostic tool was not used well, and the music therapy expert was not involved at all. In order for a good quality music therapy program to be settled at the school, development of musical intervention methods, application of individual activities, development and application of diagnostic tools, and linkage with music therapists need to be developed.
