인성동화를 활용한 활동이 유아의 리더십과 정서지능에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 만5세 유아를 대상으로 인성동화를 활용한 활동이 유아의 리더십과 정서지능에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 만5세 유아 31명으로 실험연구를 진행하였다. 유아리더십과 정서지능은 담임교사가 사전과 사후에 평정하여 진행하였으며 수집된 자료는 통계프로그램 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 독립표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 실험 처치는 2016년 12월 5일부터 2017년 1월 27일까지 8주간 주 1회를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 정리하면, 첫째, 인성동화를 활용한 활동은 유아리더십의 하위요인 중, 타인 존중을 제외한 세 가지 요인인 도전과 자신감, 자기행동관리, 문제 해결력에서 효과를 미치는 것을 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 인성동화를 듣고 누리과정을 진행한 비교집단에 비해 인성동화를 듣고 다양한 활동을 진행한 실험집단의 유아 정서지능의 하위요인 중 타인정서인식, 타인정서조절을 제외하고 자기정서인식, 자기정서조절요인을 증진시킨다는 것을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study was purposed to the effects of activities using personality storybooks on young children’s leadership and emotional intelligence. This study was conducted by an experimental study using 31 preschoolers. Experiments were carried out on the experimental group conducting activities using personality storybooks, and on control group listening these books in daily lesson based on Nuri Curriculum. Literature review, selection of the personality storybooks, writing out the lesson plan, pilot test, pilot experiment, training experimenters, pretest, treatment, posttest, and data analysis were done in order. Independent samples t-test was utilized for analyzing group differences between the experimental group and the control group. Results of this study were as follows. First, the activities using personality storybooks were an effective way to develop preschoolers’ leadership. Findings indicated that the activities using personality storybooks had positive effects on challenge and confidence, self-control, problem-solving ability among sub-factors of the leadership, except respectful attitudes to others. Second, the activities using personality storybooks had positive influences on the emotional intelligence. Doing various activities after listening personality storybooks had positive influences on self-awareness of emotion and self-control of emotion among sub-factors of the emotional intelligence, except recognition of others’ emotions and others’ emotion regulation, in comparison with preschoolers who were listening these book in daily lesson based on Nuri Curriculum.
