보육교사의 창의적 인성과 전문성 인식 및 직무만족 간의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 창의적 인성과 전문성 인식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 경기지역 어린이집 교사 201명을 대상으로 조사를 진행하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 상관관계분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의적 인성은 직무만족도의 일부 하위요인과 상관성을 보였으며, 전문성 인식은 직무만족도의 하위요인인 직무자체의 특성, 인간관계, 사회적 인정, 재교육지원체계, 복지후생, 보수와 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 보육교사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인으로는 창의적 인성 중 집요성 및 독자성, 전문성 인식 중 사회·경제적 지위, 자율성, 전문적 지식·기술요구 등인 것이 확인되었다. 연구결과의 시사점은 보육교사의 직무만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 전문적 지식·기술의 수행과 더불어 직업윤리 의식을 가지고 창조적인 기술 및 보육활동에 적용할 수 있는 창의적 인성에 관심을 기울여야 한다는 것이다.

영문 초록

This study shows that the creative nature of child-care teachers will be effective in their jobs due to creative activities with infants or various activities. The research examined the effects of the teacher s creative and professional awareness on their job satisfaction. Cronbach s α, F-test, and multiple regression analysis were utilized for data analysis. Results of this study were as follows. First, the creative personality was positively related with sub-variables of job satisfaction, such as job characteristics, human relationship, social acknowledgment, re-education support system, and employee benefits. The higher the level of the teachers’ creative personality, the higher their job satisfaction. Second, sub-factors of the teachers’ job satisfaction, like job characteristics, human relationship, social acknowledgment, re-education support system, employee benefits, and wages were influenced by persistence and individuality of the creative personality as well as socioeconomic status, autonomy, demands for knowledge and skill of professionalism. In order to enhance the childhood teachers’ job satisfaction, teachers should have expert knowledge skill, vocational ethics as well as interests in the creative personality that could be applicable to the creative and educational activities. Also, the socioeconomic status of the recognition of professionalism was highly related to the job satisfaction. Thus, teachers’ working conditions and treatments should be improved in order to ensure their positions as well as to enhance their job satisfaction.
