자살 위기 청소년의 위험요인에 관한 질적 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 자살 위기 청소년 내담자의 상담사례 보고서를 통해 자살 생각 및 자살 시도 등의 자살행동과 관련한 위험요인을 규명하는 것이다. 공공기관에서 출판한 상담사례 연구집에 수록된 청소년 내담자중 상담 내용 중에 자살 사고가 있거나 자살시도를 한 적이 있는 8사례를 대상으로 CQR 분석을 실시하였으며, 분석 결과, 자살 위기 청소년의 사전 성향요인은 충동성, 낮은 자존감, 높은 불안, 정신장애, 감정 억압이, 폭력적인 부모, 가족의 부정적 태도, 역기능적인 부모 자녀 관계, 부부 불화, 가족과 정서적으로 분리됨으로 나타났다. 자살 사고 및 시도를 촉발하는 요인으로는 미래에 대한 두려움, 사회적 지지 결여 및 소외, 학업 실패였으며, 유지요인으로는 철회 및 회피성향/공상, 대처방식 부재, 인지적 왜곡, 비주장적 태도, 분노감, 대인관계 어려움 및 소외, 무기력감, 부정적 부모-자녀관계로 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 청소년의 자살위기에 대한 심층적이고 총체적인 질적 분석을 통하여 자살 위기 청소년 상담에 실질적인 함의를 제공하였다는 의의를 지닌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify risk factors related to suicidal behaviors such as suicide thoughts and suicide attempts through reports of counseling cases of suicide crisis youth clients. The CQR analysis was conducted on eight cases of suicide accidents or suicide attempts among counselors among the counseling case studies published by public organizations. Gender, low self-esteem, high anxiety, mental disorders, and emotional repression were found to be emotionally separated from violent parents, family negative attitudes, dysfunctional parent-child relationships, marital discord, and family. Factors that trigger suicide thoughts and attempts were fear of the future, lack of social support and alienation, and failure to study.Retention factors included retraction and avoidance / dream, lack of coping style, cognitive distortion, unassertive attitude, and anger. Feelings, interpersonal difficulties, alienation, helplessness, and negative parent-child relationships.The significance of this study is that it provides practical implications for counseling suicide crisis youth through in-depth and comprehensive qualitative analysis of the suicide crisis of adolescents.
