국문 초록

본 연구는 심상체계에서 느낄 수 있는 다양한 정서경험에 대하여 보다 풍부한 경험을제공해 줄 수 있는 난화를 상담에 적용하고자 하는 것에 있다. 미술치료는 미술과 치료라는 두 영역의 만남으로 이루어진 심리치료의 한 분야이다. 미술표현의 의사소통방법인 심상을 형성하는 수준은 근육운동적/감각적 수준, 둘째, 지각적/정서적 수준, 셋째 인지적/상징적 수준, 넷째 창조적 수준의 과정을 거치면서 자기표현을 할 수 있는 기회가 제공하게 된다. 미술치료의 여러 가지 기법들 중 난화를 활용하여 난화 속에 나타난 이미지에서 형상을 찾고, 이미지를 선택하면서 발생할 수 있는 감정들을 다루고 이야기를 만들어 가는 과정에서 창조적인 경험을 할 수 있게 된다. 상담과정에서난화상호이야기법을 상담에 적용하면 언어적 비언어적 작업을 통해 자연스러운 정서표현이 가능해지고 자신감과 정서적 만족감을 느낄 수 있고 긍정적 의사소통이 향상될 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is that Scribble , which can provide much more rich experiences concerning a variety of emotional experiences that we can feel in a mental image system, can be applied to a consultation. An Art Therapy is the field of study formed to a combination of two categories: Art and Therapy. While going through the four levels of forming a mental image, a method of communication ― first, Kinesthetic/Seneory Level, second, Perceptual/Affective Level, third, Cognitive/Symbolic level and fourth, Creative Level, the chances to express himself are provided. By making use of Scribble , one of the different art therapy techniques, it is possible to have a creative experience while finding a special figure from the image exposed to the scribble, handling emotions occurring when an image is selected and making a story. In the process of consultation, Mutual Scribble Story Making , performed in both non-verbal and verbal ways, can allow him to express his emotions naturally, have confidence and a feeling of emotional satisfaction and improve more positive communication one another. Therefore, it is considered that it can be applied to a group consultation.
