국문 초록

본 연구는 통찰중심 미술치료를 실시하여 이혼위기여성의 결혼만족도를 향상시키고자 하였다. 연구대상은 S시에 살고 있는 이혼위기여성이며 주 1회 1시간 정도 20회기를 연구자의 미술치료실에서 실시하였다. 연구효과를 검증하기 위하여 KFD 그림검사의 사전, 중간, 사후, 추후검사를 비교하고 결혼만족도 검사의 사전, 사후, 추후를 비교하였고 미술치료 진행과정을 각 회기별로 통찰을 중심으로 기술하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, KFD 그림검사는 사전검사보다 중간, 사후, 추후검사의 결과가 긍정적으로 변화되었다. 둘째, 결혼만족도 검사는 사전에 88점이었는데, 사후에는 152점, 추후에는 157점으로 향상되었다. 셋째, 미술치료 진행과정에서 통찰을 통한 결과를 살펴보면, 주 호소문제 해결과 원가족의 분화수준이 핵가족의 정서적 분위기를 결정하였다는 것을 통찰하게 되었고, 남편과 자녀를 대하는 태도와 자신에 대한 태도가 긍정적으로 바뀌었다.

영문 초록

This study was to improve the marital satisfaction in women of being divorced crisis by conducting art therapy case study through insightful inquiry. The subjects are women of being divorced crisis, living in S city. And this study was conducted twenty times one hour a week in art therapy room of 20 researchers, To verify the effect on research, this study was compared to the pre, mid, post, and further examination of the KFD figure checks, and compared to the pre, post and further marital satisfaction. The art therapy process was described as a insightful inquiry each session. The results of this study are as follows. First, the KFD figure checks were more positively changed than the results of further tests. Second, the marital satisfaction was 88 points in the pre-test, 152 post and 157 further. Third, as a result, solving the main appeal and family differentiation level of origin decided emotional atmosphere, and woman s attitude toward herself, husband and children was positively changed.
