국문 초록

본 연구는 해결중심상담 전문가들이 인식하는 해결중심상담의 치료적 요인은 무엇인가를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 해결중심상담의 치료적 요인에 관하여 의미 있는 이야기를 들려줄 수 있는 해결중심상담 전문가를 연구의 참여자로 선정하였다. 참여자 선정 기준은 해결중심상담을 주요 상담접근법으로 활용하며, 해결중심치료학회에서 인정하는 해결중심전문상담사 1급 또는 해결중심전문상담사 슈퍼바이저, 해결중심가족상담전문가 슈퍼바이저 자격을 가지고 있으며, 상담 경력이 약 10년에 가까운 또는 그 이상인 상담자로 하였다. 자료 수집을 위하여 선정 기준에 따라 연구 참여에 동의한 7명의 해결중심상담 전문가들과 반구조화 면담 질문지를 기초로 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 면담 결과는 전사하였다. 자료는 지속적 비교 분석 방법을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 분석 결과 17개의 개념, 7개의 하위범주, 3개의 범주가 도출되었다. 연구의 결과를 아우르는 핵심범주는 ‘긍정성을 발견하고 삶의 주체라는 것을 인식하게 된 내담자와 함께 해결책 구축하기’이었다. 3개의 범주는 ‘문제는 더 이상 문제가 아니다’, ‘실마리를 쥐고 있는 내담자’, ‘마주 대하며 해결책을 만들어감’으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 해결중심 상담자가 인식하는 해결중심상담의 치료적 요인에 관하여 논의하고 후속연구를 위한 의견을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore what are the therapeutic factors of solution-focused counseling recognized by solution-focused counseling experts. To this end, counselors who can tell meaningful stories about the therapeutic factors of solution-focused counseling were selected as the participants of the study. Participants were seven certified solution-focused counselors or solution-focused supervisors with more than approximately 10 years of experiences utilizing solution-focused therapy as their major counseling approach. For data collection, in-depth interviews were conducted based on the semi-structured interview questionnaire. Interview transcripts were analyzed by using the Constant Comparative Analysis method. Results revealed the central category, ‘building a solution with the clients who started to see positive aspects of their life and finally recognized that they are the master of their life’ in addition to 7 subcategories and 3 categories. Three categories were ‘The problem is no longer a problem’, ‘Clients have the clue’, and ‘Creating solutions face to face.’ Discussions and suggestions for the future study were proposed.
