해결중심치료 연구 동향 분석: 2007-2020

국문 초록

본 연구는 다양한 상담 이론 중에 후기 가족치료인 해결중심치료 연구와 관련된 국내 학술지를 대상으로 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 분석을 통하여 연구 성과와 흐름을 정리하여 향후 해결중심치료의 연구 방향을 제시를 하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2007년부터 2020년까지의 KCI 등재 후보지 이상의 학술지와 한국청소년상담학회 및 해결중심치료학회 학술지에 게재된 85편을 대상으로 연도별, 주제별, 연구 방법, 연구 대상자, 표집의 크기, 측정 도구 등에 초점을 두고 동향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 연도별 연구 동향은 이론 연구, 개인치료연구, 가족치료연구는 증가세를 보였으나 집단치료연구는 감소 현상으로 나타났다. 총 33개 학술지에 게재되어 해결중심치료가 학문 분야의 전 분야로 확장되고 있는 양상을 보여주고 있으나 최근에는 인문학, 사회과학, 의약학을 제외한 분야에서는 연구되지 않고 있다. 주제별은 ‘해결중심치료의 특성과 효과성’이 가장 많이 연구되었고, 연구 대상별에서는 성인을 대상으로 한 연구와 부부와 가족을 포함하여 가장 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 표본의 크기는 10.9명으로 나타났으며 회기별로는 10회기 이하에서 상담이 주로 이루어졌다. 수집 방법별로는 문헌 고찰은 이론연구에서, 양적 수집은 집단상담에서, 질적 수집은 개인치료연구와 가족치료 연구에서 주로 사용하였다. 척도는 자아관련 척도가 가장 많이 사용되었고, 목적별로는 성과연구가 주를 이루었으며 분석 방법은 질적 분석이 가장 많이 연구되었다. 질적 연구에서는 과정연구와 성과연구가 균형을 이루어 연구되었지만 양적연구에서는 성과연구에 치우쳐 연구되어 과정연구에 더 활발하게 연구가 진행되어야 함을 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed research trends of solution-focused therapy which is a post-family therapy in domestic journals. It aims to present future research directions of solution-focused therapy by organizing research results and flows through analysis. Eighty five articles from K.C.I Accredited and Candidated journals in 2007 to 2020 and journals from Korea Association of Solution-Focused were analyzed by year, subject, research method, target, sample size and measurement tools. As a result of the analysis, it found that theoretical, individual, family therapy studies were increased, but group treatment therapy studies were decreased by year. The total of 33 academic studies prove that the solution-focused therapy is expanding to all fields of study, but recently it has not been studied in other fields except humanities, social sciences and medicine. By subject, ‘The Characteristics and Effectiveness of Solution-Focused Short-Term Therapy’ was the most studied, and by target, researches on adults, couples and families were the most studied. The sample size was found as 10.9, and the number of counseling sessions was found as less than 10 sessions. By collection method, literature review was mainly employed in a theoretical research, quantitative collection in a group counseling, and qualitative collection in an individual and a family therapy research. As for a scale, the self-related scale was the most used, by purpose, the outcome researches were mainly conducted and by analysis method, a qualitative analysis was the most used. It also found that in a qualitative research, process and performance researches have been studied in a balanced manner, but in a quantitative research, it is suggested that process research should be actively performed because researches have been weighted on outcome research.
