형상체질과 MBTI와의 관계성에 관한 문헌고찰 연구

국문 초록

사람마다 형태와 기질이 다양하며 이는 개인이 가지고 있는 본질적 특성으로부터 기인한다고 볼 수 있는데 한의학, 자연치유학, 대체의학에서는 이를 체질이라고 정의하며, 체질 분류를 통해 사람들을 보다 정확하게 이해하고 실제 생활에 적용하여 전인적인 건강을 추구하고자 한다. 세계 보건 기구(World Health Organization, WHO) 헌장에서 건강에 대해 “단순히 질병이나 허약함이 없는 상태가 아니라 신체적, 정신적, 사회적으로 완전한 안녕 상태”라고 규정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울장신대학교 자연치유학의 기준이 되는 형상체질과 널리 알려진 MBTI 성격유형과의 상호관계성을 연구하고자 한다. 유사한 특성을 갖는 MBTI 성격유형과 형상체질을 분류하여 형상체질을 MBTI 성격유형기질의 조합으로 정의하였고, 오행도 및 대응관계 분석을 통해 상생상극 관계를 검증하였다. 또한, 형상체질이 상생관계를 이루면 자연스럽게 심리적 기질도 함께 순방향으로 진행되어 상생의 선순환 관계를 이루는 것을 고찰하였다. 형상체질에 MBTI를 접목함으로써 내담자를 더 깊이 이해하고 치유에 활용하고자 하며 형상체질의 대중화에 발판을 마련하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Each person has a variety of forms and temperaments, and this can be attributed to the essential characteristics of an individual. In Oriental medicine, natural healing, and alternative medicine, this is defined as constitution. and through the classification of constitution, they are trying to understand people more accurately and apply it to real life to pursue health. The Charter of the World Health Organization (WHO) provides that health is “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. This study aims to study the interrelationship between the physical form constitution, which is the standard of natural healing at Seoul Jangshin University, and the well-known MBTI personality type. Classified by similar characteristics, physical form constitution was defined as a combination of MBTI personality type idicators, and the mutual generation and overcoming relationship was verified through analysis of five elements and correlation. In addition, it was investigated that when the physical form constitution is in a mutual generation, the psychological temperament naturally proceeds in the forward direction, forming a mutual generation. By incorporating MBTI into the physical form constitution, we intend to deepen the understanding of the client and use it for healing, and to lay the foundation for the popularization of the physical form constitution.
