초등학교 교사의 특수교육학 전공 선택이 통합교육에서의 장애학생 교수학습 지원에 미치는 태도 변화

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 교사가 대학원에서 특수교육학을 전공하면서 통합교육에 대한 인식에 변화를 제공하는 경험을 분석하기 위하여 질적연구로 수행되었다. 장애학생을 지도한 경험이 1년 이상이며, 대학원에서 특수교육학 강의를 1년 이상 이수한 초등학교 교사 5명이 연구참여자로 선정되었다. 반조구화된 면문지 문항은 장애학생을 위한 교수학습과 및 교사의 변화와 관련된 문항으로 구성하였다. 자료는 개별면담을 통하여 수집되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. ‘교수학습의 변화’의 하위범주는 4개(학생이해의 변화, 주의 깊은 관찰력, 다양한 교수전략, 다양한 평가방법)이다. ‘교사의 변화’의 하위범주는 3개(학생지도의 자신감, 배운 지식의 활용, 특수교사와 협력)이다. 본 연구에서는 면담 결과를 유목별로 정리하고 제시하였다. 초등학교 교사들이 특수교육학을 전공하고 난 이후에 통합교육의 효율적 실천을 지향하는 방향으로 변화가 일어났음을 본 연구에서는 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted as a qualitative study to analyze the experiences of elementary school teachers who majored in special education in graduate school and provided a change in perception of inclusive education. Five elementary school teachers who have taught students with disabilities for at least one year and who have completed special education lectures for at least one year at graduate school were selected as research participants. The quasi-structured questionnaire items consisted of questions related to teaching and learning for students with disabilities and changes in teachers. Data were collected through individual interviews. The research results were as follows. The subcategories of ‘change in teaching learning were four (change in student understanding, careful observation, various teaching strategies, and various evaluation methods). There are three subcategories of teacher change (confidence in student guidance, use of learned knowledge, cooperation with special teachers). In this study, interview results were organized and presented by nomadic category. This study suggests that after elementary school teachers majored in special education, there was a change in the direction of effective practice of inclusive education.
