부산지역 사회복지사의 언어치료에 대한 인식조사

국문 초록

이 연구는 대상자에게 다양한 프로그램을 제공하고, 관련 분야의 전문가들과 협력하여 대상자의 욕구와 문제를 파악한 후 적절하게 중재하는 사회복지사의 언어치료서비스에 대한 인식을 살펴보기 위하여 설문조사연구로 수행되었다. 이 연구는 2018년 3월 1일부터 5월 30일까지 부산지역 소재 사회복지 시설 총 35곳에 종사하는 사회복지사 214명의 설문자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부산지역 사회복지시설에서 근무하는 사회복지사의 언어치료서비스 운영 경험은 반반 정도로 비슷하게 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 언어치료서비스에 대한 인식을 살펴본 결과, 사회복지사들은 언어치료서비스가 대상자에게 의사소통능력, 사회성 및 대인관계, 자존감, 자기 이해 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 이 연구는 언어재활사 협회나 관련 기관에서 대상자를 위한 언어치료서비스 정보와 체계적인 교육 프로그램을 개발하는 기초자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted as a questionnaire survey to examine the perception of speech therapy services of social workers who provide various programs to the subject, identify the subject s needs and problems in cooperation with experts in various fields, and intervene appropriately. From March 1 to May 30, 2018, this study was carried out with 214 social workers in 35 places the social welfare facilities in Busan. The results of the study are as follows: First, the social worker s experience in operating language therapy services at social welfare facilities in Busan was half and half similar. Second, in the results of exploring Busan district social workers’ perception of the language therapy service in terms of a perception of efficiency, professionalism and activation, above all, social workers perceived that the language therapy service had a positive effect on the improvement of language therapy subjects communication ability, self-esteem, self-understanding, sociality and interpersonal relationship. This study can be used as basic data to develop language therapy service information and systematic education program for the subjects in the Korea Association of Speech-language Pathologists and related organizations.
