질적 지표와 증거기반 중재 기준에 근거한 청각장애 아동의 언어능력 관련 문헌 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 청각장애 아동의 언어능력 향상을 도모한 중재연구를 준집단설계 연구와 단일대상설계연구를 대상으로 1994년부터 2019년까지 학술지 논문 45편을 분석하였다. 첫째, 중재연구들의 연구대상은 유아부터 고등학생까지 고르게 분포되어 있었다. 둘째, 중재의 독립변수는 어휘력, 언어발달, 발음, 읽기, 쓰기, 조사사용, 문법 등이었고, 선별검사로는 대부분 웩슬러 지능검사에서 동작성 지능검사를 많이 사용했다. 셋째, 중재 회기는 10회에서 최대 약 1년 동안 주 2-3회, 시간은 15분에서 최대 2시간, 중재 장소는 학교 내에 있는 교실, 치료센터가 많았다. 마지막으로 활용한 실험도구는 전자도구보다는 비전자도구를 사용한 연구가 많았다. 분석한 연구들 모두가 Gersten 등(2005) 또는 Horner 등(2005), Jitendra 등(2011)에서 제시한 모든 질적 지표를 충분히 충족하는 경우는 많지 않았다. 따라서 중재연구를 수행하기 전에 연구자들은 미리 과학적이고 체계적인 연구설계와 방법을 미리 계획하고, 이를 고려하면서 중재와 관련된 연구를 수행할 수 있는 자격을 갖춘다면 연구의 완성도가 높아질 것이다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed 45 academic articles from 1994 to 2019 on semigroup and single-subject design studies among intervention researches to improve linguistic ability of hearing-impaired children. First, the objects of the intervention studies were evenly distributed from infants to high school students. Second, the independent variables of intervention were vocabulary, language development, pronunciation, reading, writing, uses of particles, grammar, etc., and the performance intelligence test of the Wechsler Scale of Intelligence was mostly used as a screening test. Third, the intervention sessions were 2-3 times a week for about one year, the intervention time ranged from 15 minutes to a maximum of two hours, and most of the intervention places were in classrooms within the school, and treatment centers. Finally, there were many studies using non-electronic tools rather than electronic tools. Not all analyzed studies sufficiently met all the qualitative indicators presented by Gersten et al.(2005) or Horner et al.(2005), Jitendra et al.(2011). Therefore, the completion of the research will be increased, if researchers plan scientific and systematic study designs and methods before conduction intervention studies and they are qualified to conduct intervention-related studies considering this.
