가구유형에 따른 여성장애인 생활만족도 영향 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 가구유형에 따른 여성장애인 생활만족도를 분석하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 생활만족도 향상 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 여성장애인 가구유형에 따른 요인을 분석하고, 그에 따른 지원이 필요하기 때문이다. 연구자료는 한국장애인고용공단의 2차 웨이브 패널 자료를 활용하고, 연구대상은 1,400명으로 여성장애인 단독가구 258명, 다인가구 1,142명이다. 분석은 기술통계, , 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 단독가구 여성장애인은 다인가구에 비해 노년층, 낮은 학력, 낮은 장애수용, 나쁜 건강상태, 미취업, 낮은 소득, 국민기초생활보장 수급자, 낮은 소속계층, 낮은 일상생활도움 필요, 낮은 사회활동 참여, 높은 차별경험으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여성장애인의 생활만족도 영향 요인은 공통으로 장애수용(p<.001), 건강상태(p<.001), 사회활동 참여(p<.05)로 나타났고, 단독가구는 고용(p<.05), 다인가구는 소득수준(p<.05), 소속계층(p<.001)으로 나타났다. 결과를 바탕으로 가구유형에 따른 여성장애인의 생활만족도를 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze determinant factors of the life satisfaction of women with disabilities by households type so as to provide suggestion for improving the quality of life. It is necessary to analyze the factors according to the household type of women with disabilities and support accordingly. I used the data on second wave Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled. The total number of respondents was 1,400 and 258 respondents of one-person households and 1,142 respondents of multi-person households. Data was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 program. Utilizing descriptive statistics,  test, logistic regression. Result of the study was First, The one-person households group showed elderly, non-married, lower education, lower acceptance of disability, lower health status, unemployment, lower income, basis living security recipient, lower position, lower help daily living activity, lower social activity, higher discrimination experience than multi-person group. Second, Acceptance of disability, health status, social activity were found to have a significant effect on the life satisfaction of common factors. Effect on the life satisfaction of one-person households were found employment and multi-person households were found income level, position. Base on the results of the study, suggested for improving the quality of life of women with disabilities by households type.
